THE WORST experience I've ever had with a moving company. If I could give them less than 1 star, I…read morewould. Synergy Moving Services showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which should have been a clue about their level of professionalism. They didn't wrap any of our furniture, nor use any padding/blankets on the floors. Even with three movers on the job, they had a great deal of trouble maneuvering the large items and even carried our washing machine upside down a flight of stairs (then wondered why the water was leaking everywhere???). Their carelessness caused several gouges in the hardwood flooring. After all three of them struggled for nearly 45 minutes with a queen size box-spring, we finally stepped in and took the stair-railing off so they could pull it through. Apparently, they didn't know how to secure the contents inside the truck and again used ZERO padding between any of the items. During the 15 minute transport, everything inside shifted/tipped backwards causing significant damage to our washer, dryer, three bookcases, king headboard, end-tables, box-spring mattress, and crushing some of the boxes (we still don't know the total damage they caused). After several distressed phone calls to the owner, Channon Walls, he arrived to help finish this mess of a moving job. He kept saying, "oh, this is so embarrassing". When they finally finished unloading the truck, Channon had to the nerve to tell us we had to pay for their service in order for him to file an insurance claim ($.60 per pound of damage, what a joke). I have not heard back from Shannon about resolving any of my damaged items . Do not be fooled by their professional-looking website they are very far from what they represent.
