One order iwas wrong they omitted an item from the hamburger. The burgers were cold, very small and had no flavor whatsoever. The best part of the burger was the bun. We order Mr. Beast Burgers 2-3 times a year. We love the food and have not had any food quality issues. I did submit feedback, a while back, about their fry seasoning being flavorless, but on our recent order they seem to have fixed this. Much better. The BIG issue we have had is with the delivery via Door Dash. We have had significant issues with Door Dash at MBB and at other restaurants. I refuse to order when Door Dash is involved. We have had our food picked up and then eaten by the driver (confirmed by restaurant), food never picked up, drivers commit then cancel leading to long delays, drivers picking up the wrong order, etc. Each time the restaurant calls DD customer support, DD does nothing. There is no recourse to DD's incompetence. DD customer support has simply said they cannot be of assistance. Their own customer support has no concern for their customers (after repeated issues and attempts to fix). Mr. Beast Burger, please drop Door Dash! They are the weakness to your otherwise great (but expensive) product. It's sad that your business model is reliant upon a very poor delivery partner. My suggestion would be to allow customers to choose who they get the delivery from. It would be amazing for us to award good service by choosing your other delivery options and not have us forced to use Door Dash. read more

The family decided to try Mr Beast burger after a long day of shopping. There was a lot of hype on YouTube so we were curious. We were disappointed that there were no pick up orders allowed. You could only order delivery, where you would be charged a delivery fee, service fee along with tip, which comes out to around the price of another combo meal. The Mr beast burger was actually pretty good. I liked the meat / bun ratio and the ingredients worked well together. My son loved the plain Chandler burger; he almost never finishes his burgers but he ate it up pretty quickly. Nashville chicken sandwich was pretty huge and had just the right amount of spice to it. My daughter ate 2 grilled sandwiches by herself. Crinkled seasoned fries are basically shake shack fries with Cajun seasoning. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a pick up option. read more

I ordered MrBeast upon my friend's suggestion and quite frankly, I'm disappointed. The Chandler burger was ok, but I was extremely disappointed with the fries. When I opened the delivery bag, I had to look further in to see if the fries were spilled out because this is all I got - cold, soggy couple dozen fries that the oil was leaking out of the wax paper bag because they weren't fried hot enough (I had to put the paper bag underneath because of the oil leaking out of the bag). Honestly, had I known I was going to pay $3 for these, I would have got the 32oz bag from grocery store for the same price (and I double checked the price at Target). My family and I thought this could be an interesting experience seeing that it was opened by a 22 year old millionaire YouTuber. And we were right, we tried all the burgers and both the fries, the toppings weren't so much that you couldn't taste the beef, the chandler burger was plain, but delicious, the Chris style hit the spot and the beast burger was perfection. The seasoned fries had an unexpected kick that hit the spot next to the burger, the beast fries were different, but very interesting and perfect balance of toppings. Underwhelming, had the mr beast burger with bacon and the Nashville hot chicken. Burger was smaller than I thought it would be and the patties weren't smashed with that crisp on the outside. The Nashville hot chicken wasn't evenly spiced and the two tenders were more breading than chicken... I will stick to fry the coop for my hot chicken fix and steak and shake for my burgers. We ordered dinner for my son's birthday. Scheduled delivery for 6pm. Just after 6 o'clock we received a text from an unknown number saying that the delivery person was unable to complete our delivery and that we should contact the restaurant where it was supposed to be made for further assistance. The restaurant did not even have our order in their system so they were unable to help us and had no idea why we were referred to them in the first place. They had no idea who to refer us to so that we could request a refund or basic customer service. Needless to say, my son's birthday dinner was ruined. read more

The hamburgers we got were okay but not as good as Culver's which is less expensive. They were supposed to mark the two hamburgers as to which ones the were, but the didn't so we had to look to see which was which. What a disappoining order. Burgers looked like a combination of white castle and a bread bar. Almost no meat and mostly bread and a few toppings. Toppings were missing from the speciality fries which also just tasted like i ordered just Mustard fries cause whoever prepared them apparently loved mustard. Saw the cookies which looked fresh baked in the photo but actually some crappy cookie in a wrapper. Will probably never order from this place again and want to warn others unless they can make this atrocity of an order right. We picked up at the restaurant in Bensenville, IL. The address on the website was wrong. We had to call, and they gave us the wrong restaurant name. The burgers were not worth the price. The meat itself and the buns were fine, the rest of the things on the sandwich were pitiful. The lettuce was just a couple of shreds, the avocados was one skimpy slice. Very very disappointed, finaly decided to try them out, placed my order about 645pm said is get my order around 826pm sure long time for a burger that's close but thought whatever free delivery thru the app. 830 comes around i look at the app says complete that it was delivered by never shows picked up. No dinner, call to find the are having tons of problena with the delivery services and ill get my money back in 24 to 48 hrs hopefully. I hope the jerk at postmates is enjoying my burger because I'm not. And they can't get me another out today so what's the point this is ridiculous and they need to do better. It was difficult finding where we were supposed to get the burger, as we picked up. Turns out the location is actually the italian restaurant that's there, rather than its own individual place, which should have been specified in-app to avoid the confusion of getting there.
