She stated that when she got there she checked in with the cashier on shift letting him/her know that she was there to pick up the order, as time goes on we are still in contact with one another I ask her if they are busy she said "no" so I tried calling the number to see what's going on with my order I got the voicemail so I left a voicemail and 30 or minutes later she calls me & tells me that she spoke to the manager on shift & the manager told her that they never received my order (which was a lie because I had screenshots to prove it) & she got tired of waiting so she left.
