I absolutely love Buffalo wild wings however this location was mediocre. to be not extremely busy my server allowed my drink to sit empty for the majority of the time I was there. I had to ask for everything even straw, she did not ask me about the reward system, which I told her I had yet she never put in. there was a lot of talking going on and not a lot of service. of course I still tipped and this is not a reflection of the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise, but the Pell city Buffalo Wild Wings could use more training and customer service. read more

Food is always pretty good here - it's BWs. New renovations look great but the noise level has now increased exponentially after the space was opened up and carpet removed. We liked this place but their traditional wings seem small and hardly there. Considering their name , you would think the traditional wings would be on par with other places in the area where you can get wings. They are not. It's happened the last few times so it must be where they get their wings. As for their other items: sandwiches, salads , boneless wings etc, they are good. Service is good vas well. read more

Since buying on the lake, we have been systematically trying all the restaurants. We are vegetarians so we were eager to go here when we saw a black bean burger on the menu. Not very good. Dry and messy. There are some great veggie burgers around but this is not one of them. Don't plan to go back. read more

Great experience, represents the standard of the chain well! We stopped here shortly after 11am on a Friday after running errands. The staff was super friendly as well as quick and efficient. We ordered 2 kids meals, wings, fried cauliflower appetizer and the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and a couple beers. Everything came out quickly and tasted delicious! They had plenty of staff ready to handle a potential busy lunch hour. The restaurant was clean abd had plenty of parking. The side road to get into the parking lot can get congested at the stop sign so my tip is to go through the walmart parking lot. read more

I have to say I was very disappointed with this visit. My son and I each ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap which has been my number one menu item for years and the reason we stopped here instead of other places on our way back from Birmingham. While he had the fries as his side, I had my favorite...wedges. 1) Due to supply chain and other post-COVID issues, I can understand why the size of the wedges would be smaller or the number of wedges would be less but not both and not to the degree I had. My son received a TON of fries so no worries there. 2) Ok, I can live with the wedges issue but having the quality of the food reduced will cause me to speak up... and not in a good way. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps are supposed to have Buffalo sauce AND ranch on them. Neither my son's wrap nor mine had either. The chicken bites inside the wraps are usually juicy and tender but not tonight. As my son described it, both of ours were dry and hard. After I realized how dry they were, I ordered extra ranch and that helped but still it wasn't what I was expecting. Yes, I should have said something to our server but I had been on the road for two weeks and just wanted to get back home. Plus I thought it was just me until (when we were already on the road) my son told me that his was just as bad. As for the staff, they were friendly and the place was very clean (especially for a busy Friday night) as always so we were thankful for that. Buffalo Wild Wings in PC is usually one of our go-to places. Consistent, tasty, and enjoyable. I'm not quite sure where the disconnect and miscommunication occurred tonight, but it felt wrong to me. Two members of our party of three ordered margaritas. When they ordered, they just asked for a margarita. Nothing special, no flavor preference, just a plain ole margarita. Without asking, or clarifying, the bartender served platinum margaritas - which was a stark up charge to place on patrons without asking or attempting to clarify their choice. It felt shady, and distasteful. We'll definitely be more careful in the future clarifying but as someone who worked in a restaurant for years I do believe that's on the restaurant / server to clarify with the customer - especially when it's a difference of around 8-10 dollars per drink. read more

Whenever the wife and I are on the road, BWW is always a nice stopping point. They are consistent in their food and drink and overall service. The BWW in Pell City is definitely above average for BWW and one of the best spots in the area - probably why they are consistently busy. The food, well, it's the same as any BWW... I do notice here it seems to come with a bit more care and attention to detail.... the wings are tossed nice, the wraps are neat.... and awesome presentation on the nachos. The bartender there, Mary, is absolutely amazing. My wife and I don't live in the area (we are from Charlotte, NC) so sometimes a month or so will go by when we at this BWW (we have frequent jobs in the area which is what brings us in). Anyway, Mary always remembers what we drink, even if it's been six or eight weeks since we've seen her. You know that's a good bartender right there. I was excited when they opened a Buffalo Wild Wings in Pell City. After eating at many Buffalo Wild Wings, I can tell you what to expect. It is an awesome environment to watch sports because of a TV everywhere you look at all the sports memorphilia. It's also a good place if you can get some buddies together and play trivia to kill some time. However, if you are looking for a quality dining experience, you won't find it here. The food is at times good and at other times, tastes like it came straight from the freezer. Appetizers are everywhere on the menu. There are burgers that are decent. The best item on the menu in my opinion are the traditional wings. They have plenty of sauces to choose from. Sometimes, the wings come out with hardly any sauce so you might want to tell your waitress you want them really wet. The boneless has too much crunchiness. The best deal is to go on a Tuesday or Thursday night as wings are a lot cheaper. I don't really remember the deal but trust me, they are. Tonight, I went with the Buffalo Blue Burger which had medium sauce on it and blue cheese. It was pretty good. Not amazing but satisfying. Sweet tea is always good at Buffalo Wild Wings by the way. What I didn't like tonight though was my waitress basically appeared to take my order and bring me my check and that's it. I blame that on the waitress not the restaurant. But Buffalo wild wings usually gives you a good portion and well, tonight they gave me 10 fries with my burger. Not to mention, I wanted extra medium sauce on my burger and it seems like they didnt. So not a good way to start off Pell City BWW. I will be back because I love sports and I'm usually pleased with the wings. But my waitress tonight didn't deserve a tip and don't be stingy with the fries. I'm rating on my experience tonight. read more

How come every time I order 20 wings from here I get anywhere from 14-16 wings. Is there like a wing tax or something, how many of your employees are eating the wings in your takeout area. I rely heavily on BWW to have the best chicken wings and to be open relatively late because let's be honest Zaxby's can't carry that weight. But every time I've been there in the last year it's been ridiculous. If I wanted 15 wings I would've ordered 15 wings but I ordered 20. I've probably spent $200 at BWW this year and on average I'm missing 5 wings every time I order. I'm simple as well I get the same thing every time 20 mild drums that's about $30 every time . I've been about 6-7 times this year missing an average of 5 wings which equal about $53 worth of wings just in 6 months. I'll be waiting for a reply BWW of pell city ILL BE WAITING! read more

Stopped in to watch the game. Love the multi screen options through out the building. Our waitress was quick and attentive even though they were really busy. Our food was hot when it arrived and tasted good. Wings, fried pickles, loaded fries were good. Just really spicy, seemed a lot hotter than the usual (we ordered a mustard sauce and carribean jerk flavor) Overall good experience, especially to watch the game. Would have giving a negative rating if could. This particular Buffalo wild wings doesn't give customers in the area the same thing you can get out another one. They say they're not a corporate store so they expect you to pay more for things and not get deals other people do in other areas. Spoke to Kelly I suppose the general manager assistant. Advised her what I was going to do to put this out there. She told me to go to it. There are several other buffalo wing places that are a lot higher rated in the Pell city area. I would suggest you support those restaurants because clearly this restaurant doesn't care anything about their customers, except for making the highest dollar off to them. Buffalo Wild Wings is a go to for my family for a night out. We enjoy the atmosphere, and the service is generally pleasant. You do have to carve out at least two hours to enjoy this restaurant as the service is pretty slow. They do stay rather busy though so I can see a reason for some of the time spent waiting. It does seem to drag out many times though. Far past the time you would think it should take even with a crowd. We still enjoy going and the food is always good. read more

Went with a neighbor, it was my first time & his 2nd. He had a burger the first time and said it was a big burger bit not all that great. He ordered a $14 appetizer platter with cheese sticks, onion rings, 4 mild wings, a small amount of nachos, and something else. can't remember. Those were some hot & fresh cheese sticks & o rings. The nachos were also good. The wings were barely warm & chewy, not good - I was disappointed considering Wings are in the name of the restaurant. My friend ordered a salad - it was greens and a couple pieces of buffalo chicken - he wasn't impressed. I ordered the black bean burger and it was a little dry but overall tasty. If you're looking for a "Family" outing and dining experience, then this is NOT the place! Total disappointment and disgust in that a patron sat at the bar and yelled profanities and the "F Bomb" without hesitation. Even when the server was told that we had heard enough of this degradation to everyone sitting there; nothing was done. The servers seemed more interested in splitting their tips than getting the manager to intervene. On the bright side, the service was not quite as bad as it has been the past month or two. Compared to most BWW, this one was very clean on the occasions that I've been there. They also seem to always have a line out the door. I don't typically go to BWW just because the experience is never a good one. I've been to this one twice when I'm visiting family, and each time it was okay. The service isn't that great (a standard for Pell City, it seems) and I found myself both times asking other servers (or managers) to bring me what I needed. The fries are always good and the wings meet the need, I suppose. I've most definitely had better wings. The parking lot is tiny for the size of the restaurant. By the time their employees park, at least half of the lot is full. Both times I've had to park across the street at Home Depot and walk over. My boyfriend and I went on a Thursday night. We were seated within 15 mins (639pm) app came out quick. We order our wings at the same time since they were busy. Our waitress was amazing. I think her name was Carlie. An hour and 15 mins later....still no food. She is running back there checking and had to tell them our order again! 5 mins it comes out cold as ice! By that time I've already given up. Marshall, who claimed to be a manager, when asked if he was, he shrugged his shoulders and never answered and wasn't dressed in ANYTHING to indicate that he was finally came out. He said well I've been in the kitchen cooking which was a flat out lie because I had seen him all night in the dining room. My boyfriend said if you can guarantee that our food will be out in the next 10 mins or so we will stay and his exact words were "I can't guarantee that". We are now well over an hour and half. I got up, we tipped our waitress and walked out. He is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a long time. Until they deal with him, I won't be back. read more

Hey I've always gone to this place for just wings, but I had no clue they made such a delicioso burger . My past 2 visits I can't get past the super delicioso spicy nacho burger ! It is a gem & a must try! If you can handle spicy food & like nachos, just think how good that tastes on a burger ! Holy guacamole is all I can say! I can't speak anymore highly of the flavor packed into this amazing burger ! . I really wanted to be able to say something nice this visit but Unfortunately that's not gonna happen. From the moment we walked in and told the host we had 6 to feed, the whole meal there was a waiting game. There was no one else in line and several empty tables but we waited. Then we waited 5 minutes before we were asked for our drink order. Waited again for new drinks because the syrup was out and the first drinks were horrible. The second order of drinks also horrible. So we switched to sweet iced tea, we were all brought unsweetened tea. We then had to listen to 2 wait staff discuss the unsweetened sweet tea. Wait for them to sweeten the tea. After a long wait for food, nothing was as it was asked for. Well the kids mini corn dogs were correct. So out of 6 meals one was right ‍ and we spent $75 Definitely not worth it read more
