Ordered a few platters for an event and got here about 6 min early and the food was ready and when we tried to pay, we couldn't because the system would not allow. So the food was early and we were early but we couldn't pay for our food...kind of silly. We basically waited and stared at the girl at the register for 6 min. Zaxby's, fix your system or teach you staff how to bypass that issue. Now the system is stuck and no one can reset it so we can pay. Can't really blame the staff but this is crazy. read more

Stopped by this location in Pell City (June 9th at 9:33pm) on my drive from Atlanta back home to Birmingham. Horrible customer experience and I'm not expecting the same kind of service that I would get from Chic-fil-A, but it took 14 minutes to get our order of just 2 chicken sandwiches. If I could give 0 I would first off the fries are never seasoned. Like come on the whole reason I eat there is because of the Cajun fries and their never fresh always hard and old. Also when I pay for extra sauce like the Buffalo garlic blaze I would appreciate it if it was at least half way full. Multiple times I go up there and the sauce is barely covering the bottom and it's enough for one maybe two fries. I always have to go through twice here just about. I always feel like I've waisted my money going to this one. I love zaxbys but this one is just very sad cause my order is just about never right my fries are terrible and I always pay for the go big and they never give me my extra fries. Last time I payed for it they where out of large cups which i can understand but they also didn't even give me extra fries and I still payed for the go big. It's just sad. read more

I come here all the time but today they didn't come close to making our food right. Order a Zaxby's Club which comes with chicken tenders, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. They only put the chicken and lettuce. I asked the front cashier to add a sauce to our tenders she didn't know how to do that. The manager looks to be 18 get some real grown people to work or teach your team members how to make the orders correct the first time. Team them how to run the register. Online order was not ready when we got there, had to wait an extra 15 minutes, and none of the chicken fingers were cooked all the way through so we had to put it back in the oven when we got home. They do not have a baby changing station. When I asked where I should change my 6 month old I was told "sorry, we can't help you" I don't expect everyone to be kid friendly however, this is a fast food restaurant not a five star steak house, they should accommodate families with young children read more

Created a yelp account just so I could leave this review. Hands down the worst Zaxby's I've been to. This is the type of place where you always need to double check your order if you're in the drive thru cause they're good at messing it up. Also, if you order something with sauce on it, go ahead and do yourself a favor and pay the 25 cents for an extra sauce cause God forbid they actually put any on your food. I love Pell City Zaxby's! They serve the best cake batter milkshakes! Spicy honey BBQ sauce on their traditional wings is super tasty, too. Prices are higher than most fast food in Pell City, but it is typical price range for any wing place, however. Service and food quality is good. My only suggestion - when french fries are ordered to go, please don't place them in the same styrofoam container as the fried chicken or wings. The fries get soggy! They are some of the best fries in Pell City when you eat at the restaurant, but some of the worst when you get them to go. read more
