Well, I stood in line for 30 minutes. Large orders in front of me. The employee making the sandwiches was working hard and she lets them know they are out of bacon way before my order. Employees sitting in the dining area shouting orders while they sat doing training from the table/dining area without Jersey Mikes attire and looked as if they were on some kind of power trip. Finally, I was able to give my order and they tell me NO bacon. I shrugged my shoulders and I actually think they wanted me to pay for a sandwich w/o bacon. I said OK, add a little roast beef and nope, they would only add a little ham. ONCE I started to leave, BIG BOY gets up and decides he will finally cook some more bacon. Sandwich was good, but not what I paid for and would have been better with Jersey Mikes signature bacon, like it was supposed to be! Why would other employees not get up and help with 6 customers in line and one customer spending $100.00 for one order. Oh, and the lady in front of me settled for paying $100.00 for less bacon on her sandwiches! read more

"Synthia" if that's really her name, is very rude. I ordered online to save time. Once I got there it wasn't ready. I understood once I seen it was busy, so I waited I the line to tell her I had ordered online. She told me that my order wasn't ready yet, so I occupied my daughter on the side in plain sight and I waited. I looked up and noticed a new bag on the shelf. Unsure of it was mine, I walked closer and seen my name. I asked "synthia" if my order was complete. And instead of a simple yes. Or getting a simple notification that my order was ready. She rudely replies, "if it's on the shelf that means it's ready." I felt that response was very rude. The same energy taken for the rude response could have been used to simply tell me it was ready, or say "yes" upon me asking. I will not be back. And judging by other reviews on this establishment, I am not the only upset customer that will not be returning. read more

Our family enjoys Jersey Mike's often and has always been pleased with the service. On 6/7/2026 I ordered online @ 2:07 PM. I wanted to confirm the special request that I made in the comments was seen and possible to do. I phoned the store and the person that answered said "hold"...I listened to store conversations for over 20 minutes as I drove to the store. Apparently the "general manager" had laid the phone down. When I arrived at the store, she said she was sorry, but she did not really seem to care. (Unfortunately, I had already tipped.) After arriving home, I was not surprised to find my order incorrect. On January 11th, I met with my daughter for lunch @ Jersey Mike's around 11:30-12:30pm when we witnessed the WORST experience! The manager Latasha was rude to us and extremely nasty to her employees. She yelled at us because we asked her a question about our order then starts yelling at her employees. As time passes by the situation begins to get worse! Latasha called her children to Jersey Mikes to FIGHT her employee!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE SAW THE WHOLE THING!!!!!!!! The entire staff were scared. It got so bad to a point as to where this young girl with glasses broke down crying and hyperventilating! Next time this happens I will be contacting law enforcement. Bullying should NOT be allowed especially in a workplace by YOUR MANAGER. she has created a hostile environment for everyone including the customers! It started out to be a very good place. A few months ago, a new person started working there. He claims to be manager but he really needs to work on his people skills for one thing when my wife called to complain about gnats in her lettuce all he could do was interrupt her constantly to the point where he claimed she could call whomever she wanted that nothing would happen to him. We were eating there up to 6 times a month. Now my wife refuses to eat there again. When you dump on the lady of the house you lose the whole family. This place went from a top place here straight to rock bottom with my family really fast. Maybe others can get better service and treatment. Jersey Mikes in Pell City is filthy! From the bathrooms, no soap, the floors & counters. Nothing looked clean & employees just standing around. Some even said they were not old enough to use the slicer. read more

The worst sub sandwich I've ever paid for! My first time trying any Jersey Mikes. Service was slow. Gal cut the wrong type bread in wrong lengths, three times before getting my whole wheat full length prepped correctly. Guy making the Sub repeatedly asked, How do you want it? I'd tell him, and he'd reach for the incorrect thing. Told him no fewer than 4 times I wanted yellow mustard. Why do they keep the mustard under cover on the back wall?? One singular thing makes this the worst ever! THE BREAD WAS AS HARD AS CONCRETE!! Not exaggerating by much saying that. read more

Seems like Jersey Mikes cares more about loud music playing than guest comfort. Music was so loud you couldn't talk with staff or communicate with family. When asked if they could turn it down staff said no, they can't touch it. read more

Placed a pickup order through DoorDash at 8:30, I was 5 minutes away so I was going to be there well before they closed at 9 to pick up my sandwiches. Got there at 8:35, they said they couldn't make our sandwiches because they had already turned the grill off. Were not apologetic in any way. They said it was up to me to contact DoorDash for a refund. This would be an excellent location to open a real restaurant that, you know, stay open during their posted hours. read more

Came in here because of my celiac (gluten) allergy while visiting family here. They made our 9 other sandwiches first and then mine perfectly. They took my allergy seriously and I appreciate it. Just as importantly they were all really nice, great service, efficient and accommodating. read more

Nice staff. It appeared everyone was in training. The food may have been ok if not for the 500 flies all over the place. There were a ton of flies inside the meat fridge! They were on the meat, the cheese, and landing on all of the condiments! It was disgusting! One guy kept unsuccessfully trying to shoo them away but there was just too many. They landed on our sandwich over and over as it was being made. One was in the mayo. We paid for them because we felt bad for the people training and it was not their fault, but we threw them away as soon as we left. read more

Have never walked into a Jersey Mikes before and been ignored by staff. They continued to work on a large pick up order while I stood there waiting and expecting them to make my sandwich right then. The staff was not friendly. Would not recommend coming here, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

I went into jersery mikes with my medical alert service dog and immediately when I walk in the manager James told me no dogs and I politely explained she is a service dog and I was told it doesn't matter and my medical alert service was not allowed. I explained that according to ADA service dogs are allowed to go where ever the public is allowed and is served and I again was told that it doesn't matter and that my medical alert dog and I where not allowed. I do not recommend this place they discriminate and are very rude. read more

My daughters and myself attempted to eat at Jerseys Mikes in Pell City today. Upon entering we were turned away due to my daughter having a medical alert service dog. After explaining she was not a pet but a service dog we were still denied service. I have made a complaint with the civil rights department. read more
