I order door dash from Krystal from this restaurant in Pell City. I eat here a lot so I know to order the food in the morning or afternoon. That's when the food is fresher to me and hit or miss at night but that's alright. I ordered chili cheese pup, chili cheese fries and the regular chick but when I got the order I had received Spicy chicks instead. That's fine kinda was bummed but it was still good and fresh. The meal was a good meal I will order again it was fresh but the only thing is that there was no utensils in the bag or napkins but bigger can't be choosers lucky I was home but if I wasn't I don't know how I would've ate it other wise. That's why I rate it a 4/5 cause because of the little things which is small compared anything worst. read more

I placed an order via the Krystal's app for delivery at 10:56 AM for (12)Original Krystal's & (1)Chili Cheese Fry my order was processed & the funds took out of my bank account at 10:58 AM I receive a text saying my driver was at the location waiting for my order 11:04 AM that my order would be delivered at approximately 11:19 AM however mu driver did not receive my order until 12:21 AM AN HOUR & 25 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER !! Not only did I not receive my order until 1 hour 25 minutes after placing my order but during that time 3 different drivers went to pick my order up, the first driver I stayed in contact with until she finally got tired of waiting & treated badly by not just the employees but also the manager on shift at the time. She stated that when she got there she checked in with the cashier on shift letting him/her know that she was there to pick up the order, as time goes on we are still in contact with one another I ask her if they are busy she said "no" so I tried calling the number to see what's going on with my order I got the voicemail so I left a voicemail and 30 or minutes later she calls me & tells me that she spoke to the manager on shift & the manager told her that they never received my order (which was a lie because I had screenshots to prove it) & she got tired of waiting so she left. She also stated that the manager as well as the employees on shift at the time was very rude to her the whole time she was there waiting on my order & that the manager had a very nasty attitude like she did not want to be there or something. The second driver that went to pick the order up I was not in contact with & not sure how long he/she waited before leaving but I could imagine how he/she may have been treated considering the way the first driver was treated. The THIRD driver that went to pick up the order I stayed in contact with the entire time. He went in went to the register to check in to let them know he was there to pick my order up & he said the manager told him that he's the third person that has come for the order that they never received the order so he texted to let me know what the manager said I immediately respond asking him if he would please have the manager call me so I could get the issue resolved to get the food I ordered/paid for or my money back & so he asked the manager to contact me he then texted me stating that they were making my order now that he would be here to deliver it as soon as they are done making it & he done just that & was super sweet & understanding the entire time & made sure he got it figured out & my order delivered to me & put in my hand !! If it weren't for him than I probably would still not have my order & still trying to get in touch with someone at the location !! I say all of that to say this... $16.69 a total of 3 drivers & 1 hour 25 minutes later I FINALLY receive my food ONLY for it to be thrown together, chili all over the box they put the "chili cheese fries" in, NO cheese on the "chili cheese fries" with very little chili on them (there was more chili on the outside of the box than on the fries) & the Krystal burgers themselves tasted ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD !! THIS HAS GOT TO BE BY FAR THE WORST KRYSTALS I HAVE EVER HAD AND I LOVE KRYSTALS... Yelp! My sorority sister is from up North and has to have Krystal's every time she comes down South! We are a red and white party of 5 today. Yelp, you guess it, this breakfast is on her. The seating area is so nice and clean, despite the low rating on the wall. The front cashier is super nice, she greets everyone coming thru the door with a dry, "welcome to Krystal's"! It's breakfast time we got 4 original breakfast scramblers, 2 with grits, bacon, eggs with cheese and 2 with sausage, grits, eggs with cheese and one spicy chicken biscuit combo. All choices came with a drink and tater tots and 1 fry. Everything is tasty with no complaints. Thanks Krystal's for a belly full experience. Y'all already know, I'll bring her back. read more

Waited in the drive-through for a couple minutes and when no one answered, I went inside. The employee who took our order was incompetent. He mumbled throughout the whole interaction and didn't repeat it back to us to make sure it was right. He also didn't ask any questions about if we wanted cheese or not or if we wanted fries or tots. After getting the food, I was missing my tots and when I went back in to get them, I was met with an annoyed staff. The food was soggy and distasteful. Overall the staff and food sucked, not to mention I basically tore my front end off pulling into the parking lot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

DO NOT go to the Pell City, Al location! The lady working the cash register was extremely rude. I come in to make a purchase in the best mood, and greeted the lady after about a three minute wait with a smile on my face. The lady didn't so much as look up at me when finally walking to the register. I simply stated I wanted three number ones with cheese. She said, "hold on, hold on, I can't do it like that, you're going to have to wait. I have to put one of these in at a time and then add Cheese on each of them, so I can't do it like that. You have to tell me one at a time what you want." at this point, I was taken off guard by her extremely rude attitude. I stated, "oh, I apologize. I was just trying to make it easy on you. "She said, "oh no, I'm trying to make it easy on you by telling you I can't take your order like that." I'm upset at this point, so I'm giving her attitude in return. All of this was extremely uncalled for. Then, when it was time for my husband to place his order, my two year old was getting upset because of the extreme amount of wait time it took just to place the order, so she was getting fussy. Luckily for her, I walked away, and didn't hear this, But she told my husband, "I can't take your order with these crying kids in the store." And if all of this isn't enough, she purposely did not let us know when our food was ready. She waited on multiple people who got there after us. Finally, one of the sweet ladies in the back apologized for this woman's extremely rude behavior, came and got our receipt, and made our meal fresh. She stated our meal was sitting back there waiting for us this whole time. The lady at the cash register purposely did not let us know it was ready out of spite for a situation that she caused. Times are hard in this world, so I can't say I would like to see her lose her job. Maybe the reason she has a horrible attitude is because of the financial strain or emotional state ALL of us are in. But one thing I know for sure, she needs to get her attitude together before the wrong person Interacts with her. Had I heard her making comments about my children in the way that she did, things would've turned out a lot differently. Or maybe she's just a hateful person, I don't know. But I do know one thing, and that is a person with that sort of attitude should not be working with the general public. I would love to have a member of Management or someone contact me. I attempted to handle this at store level, but the location has an answering machine service, which is full. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at the store without going back in there, and I don't think that would be a good idea. Went for a quick trip to Atlanta. Krystal's just sounded good for some reason. I yelped the area and this place came up. The place didn't look the best on the outside but after circling the lot a couple of times we went for it. Drive thru line was a little backed up but the best we could tell there were only 3 people running the place. 2 corn pups, 3 Nashville hot chicks, 4 krystal burgers, fries for all and it was exactly what I paid for. Went by Krystal at 1030 am. The bread was old and tough and not steamed. The only warm/hot thing on the sandwhich was the meat and it wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. We were very disappointed. I would have thought we would get old and stale burgers, especially at 1030 in the morning. read more

I ate at this Krystal in March of 2018 and had the worst food poisoning of life. It required emergency room treatment and took a week in bed and the bathroom to recover! Eat at your own risk!
