Jacks in odenville alabama can't ever get an order right went there today and ordered a dinner and told them not to forget my biscuit this time when I got home guess what was missing. I checked the rest of the order before I left the parking lot but my plate was in the bottom of the sack so I didn't check it. First time at this location and the food was wonderful! The service, however, was atrocious. My daughter ordered my food, and before she could continue with the order, the lady in the drive thru was huffing and puffing and told her to pull up to the window. Once at the window, the woman wasn't even looking at my daughter and obviously wasn't paying attention to what she asked for. It was clear she had an attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We asked for sauces with my chicken tenders and got none. I asked for extra fry salt on the side, and I got none. The woman running the drive thru needs to learn how to treat ALL customers, especially paying customers. My first job was at a Jack's back in the 90s and our employees would have never been allowed to speak harshly to customers and cut them off. read more

I always order the finger combo. I ask for a large fry each time. They put the fries directly in the boat with the tenders and it's not enough to even fill a small fry container. I counted the fries once and it was literally 7. I have to park and go in every time I visit the Pell City location. Other than that the food is fresh and the service is good. read more

This is hands down the nicest jacks I've ever ordered from! I call every so often and order anywhere between 20-60 biscuits for meetings and everyone is absolutely so kind about it. I work a very stressful job day to day and I feel it's so hard to have anyone that is kind in the restaurant business anymore. I worked service industry from the time I was 16 until I landed my career a while back and I can tell it's gotten really bad over time. So it's refreshing to call ahead or go through the drive through and these ladies have all been incredibly kind each time no matter how early in the morning it may be. I hope to keep having more of that! read more

Service is awful. The food is pitiful. The staff is rude and it's a hard pass. Don't even waste your time and the service is awful.

Service is slow for dine in customers. We waited in line for 20 minutes due to the cashier having to pull food and run the register. Food was Jacks standard delicious. read more

I have ordered the same small hamburgers a couple times a week along with my families dinner order and I know they're busy but I always having Problems getting my order right.. They need to check their orders before sending them out.Your customer should not have to pull up and check the hamburgers to make sure they have extra onions and your extra sauce..It's like they ignore your special order and sometimes leave it all off..It's pretty bad to spend $40 for your family's meal and something was left out or the sandwiches are made wrong.. Got service from the drive through this morning. Ordered a deluxe breakfast for myself and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with an order of hash rounds for my dad. When I got home and checked my order, all of my items in my deluxe were all in one container, not separated. Eggs, gravy, grits, sausage and the biscuit were all just slapped together on top of each other, a complete mess. No SE&C biscuit at all. At least the coke I got was good. This is defiantly not the same Jack's as the one in Pinson. Pell City location wont get any business from me again. read more

I've been eating here for a while. They always have the best burgers, they are fresh, hot and never dry. The chicken is also every tasty. They make their own ranch and other condiments as well. drive through service is terrible. you will sit in line for 45 minutes every weekend while cars block Hwy 231. people walk in and out with food in 5 minutes. what's the difference. this is why I drive out of pell city to enjoy other restaurants establishments. read more

This is fast food, not fine dining, but I think their fried chicken is the best around - better than the fast food places that specialize in chicken. They also make a good cheeseburger. This location is large and has a pleasant dining room except for the big tv which overwhelms everything (but some people like that). They also have a changing menu of milk shakes made with Blue Bell ice cream. read more

I get breakfast or lunch here far more frequently than I want to admit, but every single time I go, they are fast, friendly, and the food is fresh! I have not been disappointed. I am often impressed with their speed in the drive-thru. They can be backed up around the building in the mornings, but the wait is never very long. Jack's in Pell city are hateful or well I shouldn't say everyone but on January 26th at about 9:40 pm we went to eat at jacks and our car broke down and we had lost our wallet at the gas station we stopped at before we got there or the best we can guess and it was just me , my sister in law and my 2 yr old nephew and we broke down and needed our car jumped off and my nephew was so Hungary we had sat there forever waiting on someone to help us . So we went and asked them if anyone had any jumping cables and maybe some free fries for the 2 yr old sense we lost our wallet and we was broke down and he was Hungary and they could have just said no but they were super rude and hateful . Well the manager was anyways . I hope she doesn't ever have to be in a spot to have to hear a baby cry bc he's Hungary and not be able to do anything about it bc it's a terrible feeling. Don't attempt the drive thru, don't order a milkshake and check your order. 10 minutes waiting on 3 milkshakes with no one else in line. Order was wrong and not even as much as a sorry for your wait. Oh and to top it off all three cups had milkshake running down the side which is just perfect when you are in a car. read more

Jack's is the best burger in this town for sure! The fries are great and hot. Even the diet coke tastes better there. The people are friendly too. OK only thing I didn't like was the manger scolding a worker loudly in front of people about how he was taking our the garbage. Unprofessional. read more
