It was such a pleasant experience I introduced myself to the crew there and complimented them. They all stopped and shook my hand. This is not just any fast food restaurant. Go Arby's!

The grounds were very clean and picked up. My ice cream was yummy. There were plenty of brownie bites that I really enjoyed. The cold treat was perfect on a hot summer day. It was great.

I love their signature sauce on the burgers & fries but not on their chicken, which is not good to me. The cheese curds are also just okay. I've yet to try their salads but it's on my list. Their app is okay, too, but the rewards program needs work. Culver's is my McDonald's now because I'll never go there again because the quality has plummeted so much.

It's been completely redesigned. There's ample indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered at the kiosks and an employee brought our food out shortly after. I ordered a traditional burger and added bacon and the friend that I was with ordered the burger with the lettuce wrap. My burger was so good! My friend's burger had so so much lettuce though, it was wrapped in several leaves of iceberg - too much if you ask me, but she enjoyed it. This was only my second visit to a Shake Shack and it was great, I would definitely go back and would choose this location over the WP one due to the large parking lot available.

The place itself is very spacious with tall ceilings and plenty of seating, and the artwork on the walls made the atmosphere feel vibrant and welcoming. Now onto the food. I haven't had Shake Shack in quite a while so I don't have much to compare it to anymore. The fries were cooked well but honestly a little bland flavor wise, not bad just nothing memorable. I ordered a ShackBurger with avocado and while the burger itself was good, the bun was unfortunately a bit too flat? Or too squished? Not sure if that's normal. I also got the chocolate shake which was probably the standout item for me and definitely one of the better shakes I've had from a chain restaurant. The staff continued checking in and were very attentive which I appreciated. Great location so I'll be back.

I'm pretty sure my kid lead us to Fat Shack for fried Oreos with a side of hamburgers, but we ordered a Single with cheese meal and a Classic with cheese meal. The Single was light in the meat-to-bun ratio for my tastes but the double was great. Burger meat was seasoned well. Lettuce tomatoes, onion and were fresh. Nothing magic here, but good burgers. Fries weren't house made but were prepared crispy and were tasty. I can report that the fried Oreos are indeed very good and better than many others we've had in the past. They are known for serving a late night crowd, so you will find a number of sub sandwiches on the menu packed with various traditional starter entrees like fried pickles, fried cheese sticks, Mac and cheese, jalepeño poppers, onion rings and chicken fingers.
