I wish I would've read the reviews first... I ordered 2 Beast Burgers, an unseasoned fry, a Beast Style fry and their new and limited "Dream" burger. I ordered through Uber Eats and it took roughly 30 minutes for my food to get to me from less than 1 mile away. (I ordered from the Jefferson St. location) When I received the food, I opened it right away out of excitement of trying a new burger. ALL of the food was lukewarm. The fries were pretty good: unseasoned like I asked, and not really greasy, perfectly fried. The burgers were where the problem came in. The Beast burgers are advertised to have two patties, both of my burgers only had one patty that was so thin, you could barely see it. The Dream burger is advertised on Uber Eats to have two beautiful patties with a generous amount of whipped avocado on top. The one I received had half? of an avocado sliced into chunks with barely any mayo/mustard. The patties were smaller than the bun, but at least there was plenty of bacon! I wouldn't recommend trying Mr. Beast burgers from this location. I'm assuming since they operate out of ghost kitchens/pop ups, the quality won't be consistent. It was a waste of $32 that I can't get back and now I'm unsatisfied. I should've went with what I knew and ordered from Shake Shack or Culver's. read more

I'm really sad about my experience. It is a delivery place, so no way to explain ambiance. But the order was completely wrong. I ordered no onions and there were onions on both buns of the burger. I paid extra for bacon and did not get it. An order of fries was completely left out and they had ZERO seasoning on them. I've had Mr. Beast and Rhode Island and it is always outstanding! The seasoning on the fries is amazing and I am bummed they didn't use it. The burger its self was delicious as always after picking off all the onions. My friend got the Nashville hot chicken and the chicken was burned as well. I only gave 2 stars because the burger tasted good. But service is a 1 star. read more

I am sorry but I will probably never order from here again. The burgers are ridiculously small, almost a slider size. The Pictionary the website show a nice sized burger. Now I wish I went to McDonald's or Burger King instead, anywhere else. The fries I got were not cooked thru. They were like chewing on a raw potato. The fries were a little cold and not at all what i was hoping for. the mustard was just in one corner and the cheese was on the bottom and made the fries stick to the bottom of the container. Order was wrong and missing items, all food was luke warm and the burgers certainly didn't live up to their online reputations. Driver dropped and dashed so fast there was no possibility of checking order For the price you can get a much better burger at any local establishment and get it hot with better customer service. Went to root river bowling location in Franklin. Got a Mr beast combo and a Karl grilled cheese for my son. Burger was great. Ready for pickup when we got there. Grilled cheese was delicious. My son says it was surprisingly good. Fries were good. Packaging was neat. Fun experience and a reasonable price. Would do it again. read more

I wanted to be wowed. We love Mr. Beast and everything he stands for. We even added an insane tip for our driver in true Mr. Beast fashion. We ordered three days in advance and the order never came. We waited about hour past our scheduled delivery time before I called customer service. When I called I was told they were insanely busy and there just weren't enough drivers to keep up with demand but if I came to pick it up, it would be ready in 15 minutes. Awesome. Happy to support the cause and the address I was given was 10 minutes away. When I arrived at the address I was given, no one knew what the hell I was talking about. There is no signage. I wondered around for 40 minutes asking security guards and customer service and they were all as confused as I was. Needless to say, three hours total, and $65.00 down the drain and we never even got food. I ended up grabbing something on my way back home. Had this yesterday for lunch. The entire order arrived via Doordash cold, except the Pepsi which was warm. I give the delivery credit for the food being cold but the Pepsi is on them. Also, the picture of the burger on the website when I placed my order is a joke! I wish I had taken a picture of what arrived. Not even close. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I should also say that this was a birthday lunch someone had sent to me but at this point what difference does it make. I contacted them through Facebook and was told to send a PM so they could resolve the problem. I did and they said because it was ordered through Doordash they couldn't do anything. I said it was a Doordash order when I first contacted them. Order Culver's and avoid the disappointment! One star, but only because no stars isn't an option. UPDATE: I see where MrBeaatBurger has asked me to email them at Guest Relations. Just so everyone knows I exchanged FB Private Messages with them the day after this experience only yo he told it wasn't their problem and I needed to deal with Doordash because I ordered through their app and not the MrBeastBurger app. Doesn't matter that they use third party delivery services and the result would have been the same. If they were genuinely concerned about making things right they would accept ownership and not try to make it the services fault. Ordered from the location on 76th st in Greendale. Burgers were ok but really greasy and I added bacon and they only put 2 tiny pieces on both the burgers that I ordered. Condiments were really lacking and the fries were soggy and the seasoning was pretty much on a couple of fries while the rest were flavorless. I also ordered the beast fries but never received them so I am out the $5 and change for that. I told my son about this since he suggested it and then said oh yeah, they're known for forgetting stuff for your orders. I was like if I had known that I would not have ordered. Mr. Beast Burger sent us the wrong item and we could not get it fixed by contacting the local partner restaurant, the delivery service, or Mr. Beast Burger's direct phone number, which is not easy to find. The seasoning blend tasted off and they screwed up the most basic order- 4 burgers and two fries (one was the wrong burger and one fry was missing). Because of the pop-up nature of the business, I wasn't able to get a correction on the messed up order. No refund, re-delivery or even contact with the local branch. Just a terrible experience. Will never order from there again. They forgot part of our order. I have certain allergies that most restaurants don't have a problem working around. Well, these guys did. The burger was okay, mainly ate it because I was so hungry from waiting over an hour for our delivery of four burgers. French fries were cold, soggy, under cooked. If I could give it a 0 star I would. If you're a parent of a child who loves Mr. Beast videos save yourself time AND money - DO NOT ORDER MR. BEAST BURGERS. Why you ask, well first, they use a ghost kitchen. That's a local restaurant in your area that they have contacted with to make crappy Mr. Beast food and slap the stickers on. The ghost kitchen doesn't care if the order is correct and the food quality is pretty bad. I will NEVER order from Mr. Beast again. I ordered three sandwiches and three fries, I got two sandwiches and one fri. Also, the grilled cheese sandwich that did arrive - should have been meatless - came with some kind of meat we are unable to identify. So save yourself time in having to make something else after the wrong order arrives and just don't order. You will be happy you didn't order from there! read more

Based on the reviews here, my expectations were low. However, the food was delicious and the burger size was reasonable. (Especially considering that there are two patties on the burgers.) I was so excited to try Mr. Beast burgers especially because my twin boys are huge fans and now my husband and I are too!!! I placed an order to be picked up at 4:00pm. When I got to the location (which it would be easier to put the restaurants name vs an address since no address on the business that I could see) to pick up my order at 4:12pm it was not ready. The hostess went back to place my order. I am not sure if that's how its supposed to be!?! And to be honest the food was so so. I was excited about the seasoned fries, but really no flavor at all and the Beast fries had barely any toppings. The chicken sandwich was grisly and not great, the bun wasn't even toasted.
