At the last moment before the plumbers arrival, I had to rush out and pick up one of my kids because my wife was running late. Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. Some companies are not able to give estimates without both homeowners there walking thru everything which is ridiculous. Anyway, he came back a few days later, showed up right on time for the job and got to work right away. There was minimal disruption and the guy worked very well independently. In the end the project was completed successfully and everything was done exactly as I wanted. Five star work! It's kind of cliche but it's a little hard to find a good plumber these days. I'm glad to have found these Star Line and will definitely be using them in the future.

Both toilets now work perfectly, and no longer leak. The extra parts would have driven me crazy if I had attempted a DIY repair. For me, hiring an expert was money *very* well spent. I want to share my experience with Broward Plumbing so other customers can make an informed…read moredecision. I called because I needed the flush system replaced in my one-piece toilet. I was told that, in order to replace the system, the toilet would need to be dismounted and that the cost would be $495. Instead, I was offered the option of buying a new toilet through them for $655 plus tax. I was also told that if I paid by credit or debit card, there would be an additional percentage charged for using the card. The pricing and recommendation did not seem reasonable to me, so I decided not to proceed. I was still charged $50 for the service visit. I then contacted another plumber. They came to my home, replaced the flush system, completed the job in approximately 30 minutes, and charged me only $100. Based on my experience, I recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before agreeing to any plumbing work. In my case, the repair was much simpler and less expensive than I was originally told. I am sharing this review so other homeowners can ask questions, get a detailed estimate, and consider another opinion before making a decision.

Same day they were able to fit us in bc it was an emergency. Manny (plumber) came over to assess the issue, gave us a price upfront and the same day they fixed the leak. Through the rain and having to dig out many roots, they were very costumer service orientated, friendly and explained the situation along the way. They cared about not leaving us without water and made a huge effort to make sure it was fixed that day and it was. We really appreciate their responsiveness and service.
