    Bubbling already after a few years!

    Quality isn't the same as it's been. After a few years my rear windows tint are bubbling and they won't replace under warranty because I can't find my certificate. They've always been one of the best to go to but also expensive so I'll have to pay another shop to remove and replace tint and I won't go back here. Too bad been going for 30+ years.

    Excellent work as always on my Model S Plaid. These guys are friendly, thorough and the quality is always on point.

    This review for Mr Tint is way over due...they've done five jobs for me now. One was my house, yes they do house window tinting. Plus four vehicles. All the work has been excellent quality. After installation I've never had to come back for any issues. I like what i read in one review that after four years he had some haze. He took it in and they warratied it! How great is that. I always go with the ceramic tint since it is the best for cutting heat and saving my vehicles interior. I reccomend the ceramic for that reason. They have an awesome waiting room with Starbucks coffee, water, snack bars and tv. Tip: Check in on Yelp and get a $25 reduction if you do all your windows (front windshield not required).

I only wanted the tint removed because it was way too dark and messing with my daughter's visibility, so I appreciated the quick turnaround. But the drive home...plot twist. I glance over and see my headrest vinyl distorted like it was just exposed to high heat. I get home, take a picture, and text Gilberto to let him know I think the steamer might've gotten too close. His reply? Apparently my headrest had a "previous repair" and it was a "botched job." My man... I've owned this 13‑year‑old car long enough to know every scratch, sneeze, and cosmetic imperfection. If someone had performed secret headrest surgery, I would be aware. Then suddenly, the responsiveness that was so great before? Gone. Slower replies, zero accountability, and absolutely no willingness to even consider that the damage happened during the service. Even the best businesses have off days. Michelin-star chefs burn things. Surgeons sneeze. It happens. And honestly -- does he really think I'm trying to finesse him out of a brand‑new headrest for a 13‑year‑old car over a $100 tint removal? Bro, I'm in my 40's and let me share something about business. Good service isn't just about what happens when everything goes right. It's about how you handle it when something goes wrong.
