This is a pretty good local spot. I try to stop in when im at electronics warehouse right down the street. This place is always packed. Its got a nice litle outside patio, and a just a few tables inside. Its a really tiny place. Once inside youll notice the giant menu up top and the iced beers below. To the right is a deli window woth all kinds of chopped fruit! Ive only tried 2 things here, the taquitos, and the shrimp burrito. Both are prerty amazing. I always get a few beers too. They are tall boys. You can get a frozen gass with lime inside and rimmed with tajin too. Heaven! There is a delicious salsa bar as well. They have a really good red salsa and a yummy avocado and habanero salsa. Also, there is a pickled red onion and habanero medly. I do remommend coming on non lunch hours. My friends and I love going for their micheladas which became our favorite in Riverside. The food is good and portions are pretty big depending on what you order. Came here as a family recommendation and really enjoyed myself. It's a cozy local spot that serves authentic Mexican food. The menu is filled with variety and because of that we ordered a little of everything. We literally had tacos of every kind, shrimp ceviche, burritos, and fresh fruit with pico. Loved every bit and Hadith than enough to take home. The actual restaurant was extremely clean and the employees really were attentive to customers. It was a family friendly environment to just chill and eat good food. They had bomb classic oldies jammin in the background and basketball games playing on several tvs. The patio dining area had a nice breeze and really added to the comfort level. The brother of the owner of Mr. Taco on Limonite Avenue, owns this Mr Taco. This place has a completely different atmosphere, in an older building on Main Street. Fantastic Mexican food, several great sauces to choose from, party like atmosphere, this is where to go if you're jonesing for a Great Burrito. I got the Chili Verde Burrito (wet), I could only finish half of it, (for now ). Tender chunks of pork, simmered in a green sauce, with small bits of potatoes, that soak up all the goodness. A true hole in the wall. Blink and you'll miss it. Definitely worth checking out though. We found this place through a yelp search and came here based off the pictures and reviews. The pictures caught my attention so we gave it a try. We came on taco Tuesday which tacos are $1.15 for chicken or carne asada. We have already made plans to come back next Tuesday! This is my new favorite spot for tacos. We also tried the carne asada quesadilla. Recommended if you like quesadillas. I absolutely love bean and cheese burritos (it's what I grew up on and feel I'm a critic when it comes to bean burritos). The burritos are a bit pricey but compared to other places this bean and cheese burrito was worth it. If you like hot you'll love the salsas. Came to Mr Taco 2 over the weekend and it was awesome. Felt like I was back at home with the familia. They have an open seating arrangement under a large patio with sports playing and music going. The energy here is great and the staff is kind. The line was literally out the door but it moved rather fast and didn't have a problem with finding a place to sit. Ordered a couple different burritos; California Burrito, Surf n Turf Burrito, and a chilaquiles burrito(not on the menus but they were happy to make it for me). All the burritos were excellent! Really enjoyed the asada in the surf n turn. The flavoring of their foods was so well done and everything on every burrito was perfect. The chilaquiles burrito had crispy tortilla bits which was a highlight. Can't wait to go back. read more

The food is nothing special and the people at the counter are rude. Today I sent my husband in because I was tired of getting attitude and thought they might be nicer to him. Nope, still rude. The meal that we ordered to have no cheese- covered in cheese- and inedible for the lactose-free person who ordered it. The sides were also incorrect, and my own burrito was not even warm. I am writing my review hoping that people don't go to this place and waste they're money . I am a very understanding person I give respect to people who have the same common courtesy. I placed an order 4/12/22 it was a large order for all my coworkers including my boss . Heard from a couple of friends that Mr. Tacos was a great hole in the wall spot. Me and my girlfriend were craving some Tacos, so decided to stop by and give it a try. So basically you go to the front to order and sit down and they bring you your food. The seating inside has a couple of tables but most the seats are outside. They have a couple of fans outside, but still scorching hot nonetheless. Cleanliness is what you can expect at a whole in the wall place. The person taking the orders and running the food were friendly and polite. The food was so-so. I had the grilled chicken soft taco, Baja fish soft taco and carne asada soft taco. My girlfriend tried the shrimp soft taco instead of the grilled chicken and she said it was good but nothing to special. Grilled chicken taco- mediocre and bland Baja fish taco- interesting but kinda heavy with the spicy mayo type sauce they drizzled on top **Carne asada taco- saved the day for me, was the best of the three and the only one I'd get if I came back. We were really excited to drop by here on a Sunday after church for lunch. Got up to the cashier and she copped an attitude when I asked about kids meals, cool no big. We ordered a Chile Verde burrito, 2 taco plate and kids quesadilla meal. Sat down at a table on the patio and watched peoples good get delivered. It was 101 degrees outside. We had some chips an dips of ice while we sweated away. 30 minutes went by and still nothing. I had even gone inside to ask if our order was ready. "Yeah it's almost done" Finally asked a server if she could check on our order and she went inside and then came our and started arguing with another server. Then they both walked away. Finally my husband went inside and asked what was up and apparently they lost my order and wanted to see our receipt. Seriously? Then they said if we could wait a couple minutes they would start it. Forget that. We said forget it. At that point we waited 40 minutes with 2 kids in 100 degree weather for some stale chips. We got a refund and left and they gave us a little box of fruit. Greasy "street food" place where construction workers drink after work or during lunch breaks. Food here is what you expect from the look of the place, generic at best. The "outdoor" patio feels dirty and usually full with construction workers during weekdays (no social distancing & masks are not enforced). People don't come here to be healthy. It's quickly made and greasy. Service is slow and sometimes rude (prob because they're understaffed and have to deal with drunk people). If calling in a pick up order, expect to be put on hold while the cashier takes in store customer orders. The Redlands location is slightly better. read more
