We grabbed a table--both the tables and floors were clean--and within about 10 minutes our food arrived. I ordered the French Toast Combo, which came with four slices of French toast, two eggs, sausage, and seasoned potatoes. The meal came out on two plates, and everything was spot on. The French toast had a perfect light crunch on the outside while staying pillowy soft inside. The scrambled eggs and sausage were solid, and the seasoned potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside. My wife ordered the Breakfast BLT--bacon, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, and Duke's mayo. She added a little hot sauce and absolutely loved it. Not a crumb left! She liked it so much that we also picked up a tub of their chicken salad to take home, and it was delicious later that day--no complaints at all. My wife ordered the Mill House Pasta, which was rich, cheesy, and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked chicken and shrimp. I ordered a burger that was slightly on the dry side but still very tasty, and the truffle fries were fantastic--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. Overall, it was easily a 4.5-star visit with great service, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. And we did go back-one week later-this time sitting at the bar. We both ordered cocktails, and the drinks were excellent. I had two different styles of Old Fashioneds and really enjoyed both. My wife had two martinis and loved them.
