I had such a great experience at Mr. Potatoes! I called after 8pm to see if they were open. The owner said they were closed. Disappointed I hung up. I called back to ask what time they actually closed. He asked me what I wanted to order. I gave him my order. He asked where are you? I said across the street. He said come now and I'll get it ready.  He did just that! His customer service was kind and appreciated. He was friendly, patient, and really made sure my order was right and that I was satisfied. Now let's talk about the potato--absolutely delicious! I got the chicken, broccoli, and bacon potato. The potatoe was huge! It was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, fluffy on the inside and loaded with fresh, flavorful toppings. Every bite was satisfying, and the portion was more than generous. I'll have enough for several more servings. You can tell they don't cut corners when it comes to quality. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or something hearty and comforting, Mr. Potatoes definitely delivers. Ordered the Philly steak fries and they were flavorful and down right beautiful. Big enough to share but I definitely wanted to eat them all myself! The gentleman at the register (possibly the owner?) let me know to keep the lid loose as to not crush the ingredients on top and keep the fries crispy. This place is delicious! The potato is cooked just right and the meats and cheeses on top are amazing!! The guy who took my order (he might be the owner idk) was super nice! I told him I was going to save some of my food for dinner and he gave me the ranch on the side so I could warm up my leftovers and then drizzle the ranch later! Loved this place. I was CRAVING cheesy potatoes and was more than pleased with what we received. Usually loaded fries or potatoes have soggy fries but not this place. The meat and sautéed veggies actually had flavor! lots of it too! This will definitely be one of my new favorite spots. read more

First time ever seeing this place and decided to try it out because online it seems like large portions of meat or chicken, for 20$ - 18$ a plate you would think it was more than a gram of chicken or meat, the BALD guy taking my order was rude when I asked for a minute to look over the menu, then when I picked up the food he said it was 30 minutes, took almost an hour, then the guy was talking about franchising this awful disgusting place with lack of customer service, I feel sorry for anyone who isn't paid to eat at this place, I would honestly recommend McDonalds over this place read more

Had an incredible experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. The menu is absolutely amazing -- so many tempting choices that it's hard to decide! I ordered the chicken wings today and they tasted like they were cooked last week and warmed over to fill my food order today. Honestly , I had to chew extra hard in order to break the wings down to be able to eat them. Eating should not require that kind of effort. Came in on a whim to get hubby some food. Although me and mini me was going next door to try this new spot we quickly came back and decided to grab us some lunch from here. Hubby and mini me got the cheeseburgers, fries and a drink combo. I got the chicken tenders and fries. Got home and mini me whips out the phone to do a "taste test." Anywho, her and her dad tried the burgers and fries and were impressed by the burger and said it tastes like Inn n Out. They both were really happy. Next was my turn to try my chicken tenders and fries which also came with a drink. My food was really good too and barbecue sauce on point as well. The guy was so friendly and told me about the different food options. Here's another plus, he had some great selections of soda and they were in a can which is a huge plus for me. I walked into Mr Potatoes on a whim since I work in the area, and I'm really glad I did. I ordered the lemon pepper buffalo wings to-go and was seriously impressed--perfectly cooked, super crispy, and packed with flavor. I was even more surprised that they came with fries at that price, and they reminded me of my favorite spot back home. The real test? I ate everything after a 20-minute car ride, and it was still as good as anything I've ever been served fresh at the table.
