We stumbled upon this spot while exploring the area, and since the weather was so cold, it ended up being the perfect choice for lunch. It was a busy time, so we waited about 15 minutes before being seated.
The menu is fairly simple, so the three of us decided to go with the classic pho. We eat a lot of pho back home in Southern California, so we're pretty familiar with what to expect. This place didn't disappoint -- the broth was flavorful and the beef slices were fresh. The hoisin and chili sauces tasted a bit different from what we're used to, likely due to different brands, but it wasn't a big deal. We ended up enjoying it without adding them.
Service was average -- we paid first and then were seated, with minimal interaction from the staff. The open kitchen concept was a nice touch, though; it was fun watching everything come together. Overall, we're glad we found this place near our hotel. After a few days of nonstop Danish food, it felt really comforting to have something familiar from back home. read more
