Four months later one light fixture is loose and will need to be reinstalled, the flag pole fell off the wall today, and the UV system never got finished. Jay lost his cool in my garage failing at installing the UV system. He pounded on my walls and my water filter system. His own employees had to calm him down. It was a horrible experience. I had to hire a plumber who read the instructions and installed the UV system correctly. Shameful that he would charge for the poor service he provides.
