They came in, honed/ polished to a high matte finish, sealed cracks and sealed the surface. Limestone is porus and subject to etching from acid foods (lemons!) so a high polish would not last long term. The counters look like new with a very, very even finish. They took care to drape off all my appliances and cabinets, polished for about 5 hours, then cleaned up well. Polishing is wet, messy process but they know what they are doing and didn't leave a mess at all. Super happy with the response and service.

Everything was great. Well, he totally flaked and was a no show. I did call to try to confirm the appointment and it was sent directly to voicemail--just so not cool. My advice to the Grout Geek: if you don't want to take on a job for whatever reason, have the common decency to let the customer know so they don't sit around waiting for your arrival.

I set up an appointment for Ague to come out for a bid on some extensive remodeling on our house. We set it up for 4-5 days ahead on a Saturday so my wife could be there, and I rearranged my schedule, but he never showed up. A few weeks later I called from another number and he answered and apologized and said he was away in Mexico. I accepted his excuses and set up another appointment and he did come out, along with I believe a family member that was the painter. After going over all the things we wanted done he said he would call me the next day and give me the bid. I was a little surprised, but he said he would call me the next day. Well, I never heard from him, nor did he ever return my many calls I left him. So, if you want a contractor that doesn't return calls or communicates with you, and is obviously unreliable, then it is your choice!
