He showed me step by step what he was doing. He didn't have to but I am just a curious individual. His office admin communicated regularly and professional. If they didn't have time to make my appointment they would call me before. I understand electrical is hard work and if was running late and couldn't make it, that's ok. They communicated. He even got into my attic, which is not very mug and he is over 6ft. If they had to reschedule I was always out on the list first thing for the next day. I still have all the regulations and paperwork he provided me with just incase another electron is hired if he doesn't not have time and their schedule is being booked a couple months in advance. He also fixed wrong and dangerous wiring another electrical company did. They are an excellent business to work with, people don't understand business.
