Located in Roma Termini station. What looks to be a tourist trap turned out to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life.
It's a simple set up. No seats but just tall tables to stand 'n eat. Over the counter, there are piles of the gorgeous sandwich.
Within two days, I got to try a few.
Caprese - fresh mozzarella and tomato. It was unexpectedly satisfying despite being light. It was really refreshing.
Porchetta - was a bit too heavy for my taste.
Ham & Cheese - was not too heavy or not too light. It was just right. The mixture of ham and cheese gives a really satisfying flavor.
Among of all, I declare Caprese as the winner. As a meat lover, I didn't expect much out of it, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise!
All sandwiches range from €3.50 to €4.00. They are a pretty reasonable and great to-go meal for your train journey. read more
