My…read morehusband and I were visiting last year for his birthday and ordered a pizza here one night and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to just a couple of weeks ago, and we were back in Vancouver to celebrate another special occasion, plus I was running a half marathon. We made reservations via Open Table about 1-2 months before our trip and noted that we were celebrating a special occasion (anniversary). When we arrived, the hostess and our server both made a point to wish us a Happy Anniversary, and even offered us some complimentary flutes of Prosecco! This was unexpected and so thoughtful of them! It was also the night before my half marathon, so I hesitated to drink, but what the heck...why not?! It was a special occasion too after all! (Even so, my hubby drank most of mine haha) We're both plant-based athletes and fitness professionals, so we truly appreciate that they have really good vegan and vegetarian options here. I got the Pomodoro pasta and my husband got the Pesto di Nocciole, plus we ordered the Charred Broccolini to share. Every dish was absolutely perfect and so full of flavor. Definitely enjoyed carbo-loading for my race! A huge thank you and grazie to our server, Gary! He's so kind and welcoming, and we appreciated him making our evening so special!

We didn't realize there was happy hour ending at 6pm. We got the Polpette al forno ( meatball & homemade bread) $7 , Spaghetti bolognese special $29, and finocchiona pizza. The food tasted amazing, and their chili oil is a must The staff were very friendly, made recommendations and gave coloring sheet and crayons for our kiddo. It was very busy and glad we finished within the hour. The Ambiance was busy and cozy. Lots of street parking in the area.

We tried their Wowee Maui Hawaiian pizza (red sauce Red Sauce, house blend cheese, sweetened ham, pineapple, and teriyaki drizzle) and their North Shore Forager (which included white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, garlic, red onion, and truffle oil). I really liked the crust and appreciated that it was cooked to perfection and was not burnt or too floppy. We put some chili flakes and it made it tastier! We also came back another day to buy a large pizza (half Hawaiian and half pepperoni mushroom) and it was also delicious. Did not rate it 5/5 because I've had better pizza but I still found it tasty. The cashier was also very kind and the pizza was prepared quickly.

There's plenty of outdoor sitting as well and would be nice to hangout when there's good weather. Recommended.

Super nice folks! The food was absolutely amazing. This was not only delicious pizza, but it is the best (and only as far as ive seen) genuine iranian style pizza in north-america. Fresh, hot, crispy pizza made to order, with tasty persian malt drinks. Overall wonderful experience. Don't know if the owners read these but truly I cannot thank them enough for letting one last group of customers in at the end of the night. The meal took me back to the meals I've had in iran where I haven't been to in years. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Although the dining room is very small, dining in was most enjoyable. The atmosphere is very cozy, the booths are very comfortable and there was nice music playing softly. Their website has an option to book a table online but I would suggest calling if you want to make a reservation. We tried booking a reservation online and we received an email saying that our request had been received and they would get back to us. We never received a follow up email or phone call and ended up having to phone in for a reservation. When we were there for dinner on Mother's Day we were the only customers dining in. The service was very good and the owner's wife came to our table on a couple of occasions to ensure that everything was okay. The prices are reasonable. They have a small list of wines available that are also reasonably priced. Wednesday and Sunday are BYOB with no corkage fee. For dinner we had a bottle of wine and shared a Sopprosatto pizza and spaghetti carbonara. The pizza was delicious. They brought extra chili oil to the table. The spaghetti was slightly overcooked and not al dente. There was a very small amount of bacon. I also find that the bacon does not provide as nice a flavour as pancetta gives to the dish. It was not one of the better carbonaras that we've had. It was not a dish I would order again. It is unlikely that we would return. We really enjoyed the pizza, loved the dining room inside and the service was good, however the spaghetti carbonara was very disappointing and we did not see any other pastas that appealed to us. When we go out for Italian food my husband really likes to have pasta.
