We had a plumbing leak in the wall between our laundry room and garage, which required major drywall removal and several days of mold remediation. We hired Evan to handle the drywall replacement and painting, and he recommended the remediation company and coordinated with them while that was happening. In addition, we asked for help organizing the garage--something I'd been meaning to do for years. He built custom shelving for a tricky corner, installed prebuilt shelves, and added wall organizers to finally make the space functional. Evan was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout. I hired Heavenly Handyman 2 weeks ago for several small jobs including painting and fixing…read morecabinets, and replacing 2 outlets in the kitchen with GFCI outlets. After he replaced the 2 outlets, NONE of the outlets on that same circuit worked, including the 2 new ones. I called him back to fix it. He came out but could not fix it and told me the issue was dirt in the other outlets. I ended up having to hire a licensed electrician to come out and fix it. The electrician fixed the while wire inside the GFCI outlet. I asked Heavenly Handyman to reimburse me for the cost to correct the electrical work. He refused.I cannot recommend for any electrical work. The small handyman jobs were done, but the electrical issue and refusal to take responsibility was very disappointing.
