Originally, I just wanted a snack but the portion was bigger than I thought and I was full! A kebab roll with fries and a can of drink is less than €10 too. The option also includes a falafel wrap or platter if you are somehow not into kebab. Anyway, it's primarily a take-out but there are few booth seats and you get your food extremely quickly. We'd seen and rejected a couple of other doner places earlier in our stay in other neighborhoods because the menus looked odd: doner and kebabs were there, but seemingly as an afterthought to pizzas, hamburgers, and sandwiches. This one was the same, but now we were hungry so we gave it a try. I figured the burgers and pizzas were there to draw in tourists, but if we stuck with the doner, it'd be good. We ordered two doner sandwiches, a wrap, and a plate that came with meat, salad, and fries. We also got a plate of fries to share. Those came first, and they were crispy and piping hot. The entrees were also very good...but the meat was unlike any doner/gyros any of us had ever tasted. It tasted like carnitas. Ya know--shredded pork. I could see a sign from where I was seated proclaiming that all their meat was Halal, in which case it couldn't have been pig, but still... I wondered if they kept a secret stash of pork for the customers who didn't didn't appear to be Muslim, or if they had some weird technique for shredding their gyros that gave it such a different texture, but I didn't have the guts to ask our host. So the food here, while delicious, will always be a bit of a mystery to me.

The kuzu -- a Turkish lamb stew with potatoes, peas and red bell peppers -- was very good but salty. The cafe interior is very plain with about a dozen tables. After getting settled in to our hotel and realizing it's 10pm the night before Easter in Rome, our options were quite limited and decided to walk back to Super Pizza. We are pretty happy we did! I decided to try out the chicken and broccoli pizza while my fiancé got Margherita pizza and we ordered a chicken kabob. We thought we had ordered the one to share but the guy put two up and we went with it. We walked back to our hotel and dove in to the pizza first. The chicken and broccoli was a welcomed surprise to the taste buds. I was able to taste the broccoli flavor and even though I could see the broccoli, I never actually tasted the broccoli itself (think broccoli and beer cheese soup sans ever touching actual broccoli but it's there). I enjoyed it and my fiancé was surprised he liked it, too. The Margherita pizza was good, heavy on the onion but after being cooked in the oven for a few mins, it was delicious. Now the chicken wraps. We ordered with a little bit of spice and glad we did because the "spicy" sauce added more flavor to the wrap, but not necessarily heat but it was good. The meat was very flavorful and off the core right in front of us. The wrap is also BIG for a wrap (when we read "wrap" and n the menu we were thinking the traditional wraps from chain restaurants or everyone's favorite buffalo chicken wrap at the local joint size). The wrap looks like a long burrito and one is definitely big enough to share. We kept our 2nd wrap in our hotel room fridge for the next morning. We have now gone back twice and will some more before we leave in 3 days. Definitely recommend for some good pizza and random giant chicken kabob wrap!
