We went during opening weekend this year. There is no entrance fee; you buy tickets (cash only!) in packages and the kids give tickets to the ride attendants to participate. This place can get pricey as others have stated, so definitely prep the kids before going. If you do the math, it's about $4-6 for each activity -- hold a baby chick, go in the petting zoo, go in a bounce house, etc. Prices get a bit cheaper if you use the Yelp check-in offer or buy tickets in bulk. The ride attendants are fairly nice. They aren't sticklers about how long the kids use the equipment and they even helped my son win a toy at the shooting station. This was my third year purchasing from enchanted country Christmas trees. Every year, they have provided me with excellent customer service, beautiful trees, fair pricing and just an all-around lovely experience. This year, I was particularly impressed by the help provided to me by Gary, who was in the middle of pricing some trees when I interrupted him and asked for some help with a tree that I liked best. He, and the owner (who's name I have unfortunately forgotten), went above and beyond to ensure that I could get this tree. The two guys who tied the tree to my roof, whose names I didn't get, were extremely careful in ensuring that my roof was protected from any scratches from the tree for my trek down to Huntington Beach, while also tying the tree extremely securely so I didn't have to worry on my drive. The only little bummer Is that my 9' tree had a 7'-8' tag underneath. Since height plays such a big role in both pricing and customer decision-making, I do wish their sizing were a little more accurate or transparent. HOWEVER, Enchanted truly carries perfect trees, and at the end of the day, their trees are always worth every penny. I really can't imagine a better Christmas tree buying experience, and this is the third year in a row that they have really stood apart from other options. I can't thank Gary, the owner, the two men who tied my tree to my roof, and all the employees at enchanted enough; they will absolutely be having my continued business. read more

A terrible waste of money. Pay to get in... just to walk to another table to pay for tickets to do anything. Overpriced games, overpriced bouncy houses, over priced pumpkins. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATCH!! I bought the one hour pass bracelet and at no moment was it disclosed that my child wouldn't be able to get on any jumpers besides two. When it's suppose to be all jumpers included in the bracelet. All the staff are rude and have the nastiest attitude! **COVID-19 Review** Passed by this place multiple times throughout the years and never have been, I doubt I'd come back because one time was enough. LOL Enchanted Pumpkin Patch? Uh... yeah no LOL. Let's save you some time from waiting in line by giving you prices from what I remember: -- "Family Pack" = 2 Kids: $50 for a wristband which allows kids unlimited access to the one "mini" slide, one "jurassic park" themed jumper and one large slide you can see from the road when driving by. -- Wristband ONLY covers the jumpers not the tractor, games, petting zoo, etc. You need to buy tickets for that. -- Pumpkins: overpriced, a couple in front of us paid $59 for 2 pumpkins... maybe also their admission? I don't know because it would be super annoying to have to wait in the long line just to pay a $2 admission if you don't have a kid and then wait in line AGAIN to just pay for your pumpkin. -- Admission: $2 per person, if you get wristband it does not cover admission for kids so 4 people (2 kids & 2 adults) = $8. -- Ticket prices all I heard was 10 tickets = $20 then after that I stopped listening cause it was kind of expensive. it costs 3 tickets for the Tractor.... everything else: games, petting zoo were closed... so you'd only be able to use your tickets on the tractor which is limited to 5 min but because no one was in line for it we got to stay on it longer. -- lots of drama tonight, which was entertaining to watch it all go down not gonna lie, I wish I had popcorn or something I could buy to watch the drama and eat it at the same time but there is no food being sold here or beverages. -- people who enter this place are 90% compliant with wearing a mask you have workers who don't have it fully over their face, or just wear it under their chin like a face slimming chin strap and don't stop people who aren't wearing a mask from entering, kids included. -- workers who if you ask them a question they blatantly say 'I don't know' and don't even have any desire to find an answer for you. -- you can apparently easily walk out with a pumpkin as I saw one guy do... -- one photo area which is cute for photos in the back area -- the lady at the front charging people is a hot mess LOL so won't even go there - yup. that about sums it. I want to say this place could get two stars cause my niece and my friend's daughter had so much fun in the not-so-socially distant bouncers... if they get COVID, its for sure from here. I'll be sure to update in 14-days if this happens but it still gets 1-star cause the disorganized and unfinished pumpkin patch was just a disgrace... oh and they have no affiliation for the church so don't think that your $$ you're paying go towards the church, FYI. read more

Jumpers are all dirty, a small wash would go such a long way. Such a rip off with the bracelet specials 2x$60 and if your kid is under 42inches they can't get on 4 of the jumpers so you really only get to get on like 3 for 5mins each. And they charge you an entry fee per person as well. They should tell you upfront your kid is small and can only get on 3 jumpers and that's it. but no they will just take the money and then tell you after your trying to get on a jumper that your child is too small to get on or go down I couldn't even help him get to the top and slide him down. Such a waste of money and time if I'm being honest. They should bring the price down for the little ones or give some tickets for a ride or game to compensate and then. Two of the employees were talking shit about us for getting upset about the situation and thats the boss of this entertainment such bad customer experience in this situation honestly. We just arrived and left in a matter of 3 minutes. This is the most expensive pumpkin patch and smallest. The entry is 5$ per person even kids have to pay. There is nowhere to sit down or take pictures since there is nearly any pumpkins. The jumpers are 10$ for 3 minutes each which is completely overpriced. The activities are very pricy each one of them. We lasted less than 3 min inside when we just realized it was better to just leave and go somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Checking in for extra tickets was really nice for one of the crews to tell us. The lady at the register gave us extra tickets when she found out we had two left so we could use them all and told us where to go to win a price. It was kind of hot Sunday so some of the jumpers were closed but the workers were really nice. I would come back again but maybe toward evening time. We enjoyed the pumpkin patch overall!! By far the biggest rip off for a pumpkin patch! $20 for 10 tickets, and each "activity" is 4-5 tickets. They are using stopwatches on the bounce houses, and you only get 1slide down a slide. So basically $10 for one ride down a slide!! Insane. The patch on Yorba Linda Blvd just a few miles away gives you unlimited slides and bouncing. They also have a more expensive entry fee than any of the other patches around. There is one on Beach Blvd that is also better and cheaper. read more
