The great reviews led us here, and I can confirm that they're all true! As soon as we stepped in the lot we could tell that this was going to be difficult, because it was so well organized and (literally) every tree was a winner! Usually you're looking for the least flawed tree, or one that is just about 'acceptable' but here we just kept walking and saying "this is it" then we'd see another one and go "no that's the one!" John (and then another man working there) asked if we needed any help or had any questions, and then let us keep looking around with no pressure. Once we finally decided that we couldn't go wrong with any of these trees, we told the guy up front and within 5 minutes he'd trimmed it up nicely, cut 15' of garland for us, and loaded it all into our truck! He even asked if our kids wanted the pieces he'd cut off the bottom of our tree so they could write the year and draw on them, which of course they did. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, efficient and by far the best selection of trees I've seen in all of my Decembers. What a great start to the holiday. Thanks all, and Merry Christmas!

The workers were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We also enjoyed their photo-opportunities, petting zoo, and browsing their pumpkin collection. It's just really strong, compared to other Home Depots I've been to. The nearby Walmart's garden area is a lot smaller and doesn't carry much. So, this place is a godsend for all your plant needs. They have lots of seeds, a few things on clearance, and multiple sections. It kind of sounds like a rainforest inside the greenhouse. Some bulbs were rotting though, so double-check every thing before buying. One of the boxes had spider webs in it, so I didn't want to touch it. It was annoying because in that area, a fly was bothering my nose, too. I got my venus flytrap plant here, as well as some soil, sphagnum peat moss, and I was struggling to find perlite. Walmart appears to be completely out of stock, so I was scavenging. I tried looking for the location in the store on the app, but thought it might be inside the building. I tried looking everywhere, but still couldn't find it. It was driving me bonkers! I had to ask an employee for help. So, it is in the soil area, but it was towards the end/back of the shelf. The employee was helpful nonetheless and asked which of the two sizes I wanted. He told me the 2-pack is only available for shipping to the store, so I just ended up going with the 8-quart size.

This practice is highly unethical and potentially more severe. For customers, it is imperative that you do not permit any employee to operate the self-checkout machine without your express consent. You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!

The nursery refunded my money, but there was no apology or clear explanation. A worker mumbled something about a policy against delayed pickups, which was frustrating to hear only after the tree was gone. The experience felt inconsistent because, six months earlier, I had been unable to buy a kumquat tree after finding that the available trees were marked as sold. I understand that businesses have policies, but customers should be told about them clearly before making a purchase. Although I did receive a refund, the way the matter was handled has changed where I plan to shop. I'll be taking my business to other nurseries in the future.

I've always liked Lowe's, and we came here specifically for some fall flowers. Not necessarily fall colors, just some color for the patio. We saw some plants we liked, but most were already fully bloomed. They were pretty, but we wanted something that would last a little longer. We did find one plant we liked and were going to buy, along with some soil, but the soil bags were so dirty we didn't want to touch them. The bags on top appeared ripped, soil was all over the place, and you could tell they hadn't been cleaned since the last rain. Since we like to get everything in one place, we left and went to another "home" store closer to home, found exactly what we wanted, and even found a healthier plant. I'm not giving up on Lowel's, as they had some bathroom vanities I liked for when that remodel happens, but it was a little disappointing. Oh, did I mention they have clothes? Weird!

After weeks of being given the runaround, I finally cancelled the order. I was so frustrated with the experience that I also cancelled my Lowe's credit card. After this experience, I have no desire to do business with Lowe's again. I will take my future appliance purchases elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.
