Reindeer- small

Joann was extremely helpful!! She has so much Christmas spirit, it makes the whole shopping experience wonderful. This location also has adorable reindeer and they unscrew so it's very convenient to store away and to keep for the next few years!

The workers were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We also enjoyed their photo-opportunities, petting zoo, and browsing their pumpkin collection. We didn't do the games or the cars BUT they do offer those experiences here. Parking is free. Overall, we had a great time & will definitely continue to return to this location!

Adventure day success... mostly!…read more Before our monthly lunch, we hit up the Pumpkin Patch, and honestly, being the first ones there was a total vibe -- just us, the pumpkins, and a very empty petting zoo for the first few minutes (10/10 for photo ops). Now for the "wow" moment -- $32 for the petting zoo alone. Yep, that's just to feed the five animals they had and snap some selfies. And that's without the entrance fee they usually charge on weekends (thankfully waived today). We were told entry was free over the phone, so... mild eye roll there. Will we go back? Probably not. But to be fair, after all my research, most of these pop-up pumpkin patches are charging now, and this one was actually on the cheaper side. In the end, it did what it needed to do -- Mom got her Halloween photo of the grand baby at the pumpkin patch, and that's really all that mattered.

We will be getting our trees here from now on!! For the past couple of years I got a tree from the…read moreHome Depot pop-up, and the first one was fine but last year was such a miserable experience and terrible product that this year I vowed to be less lazy and look for an actual place that knows what they're doing. The great reviews led us here, and I can confirm that they're all true! As soon as we stepped in the lot we could tell that this was going to be difficult, because it was so well organized and (literally) every tree was a winner! Usually you're looking for the least flawed tree, or one that is just about 'acceptable' but here we just kept walking and saying "this is it" then we'd see another one and go "no that's the one!" John (and then another man working there) asked if we needed any help or had any questions, and then let us keep looking around with no pressure. Once we finally decided that we couldn't go wrong with any of these trees, we told the guy up front and within 5 minutes he'd trimmed it up nicely, cut 15' of garland for us, and loaded it all into our truck! He even asked if our kids wanted the pieces he'd cut off the bottom of our tree so they could write the year and draw on them, which of course they did. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, efficient and by far the best selection of trees I've seen in all of my Decembers. What a great start to the holiday. Thanks all, and Merry Christmas!

It's just really strong, compared to other Home Depots I've been to. The nearby Walmart's garden area is a lot smaller and doesn't carry much. So, this place is a godsend for all your plant needs. They have lots of seeds, a few things on clearance, and multiple sections. It kind of sounds like a rainforest inside the greenhouse. Some bulbs were rotting though, so double-check every thing before buying. One of the boxes had spider webs in it, so I didn't want to touch it. It was annoying because in that area, a fly was bothering my nose, too. I got my venus flytrap plant here, as well as some soil, sphagnum peat moss, and I was struggling to find perlite. Walmart appears to be completely out of stock, so I was scavenging. I tried looking for the location in the store on the app, but thought it might be inside the building. I tried looking everywhere, but still couldn't find it. It was driving me bonkers! I had to ask an employee for help. So, it is in the soil area, but it was towards the end/back of the shelf. The employee was helpful nonetheless and asked which of the two sizes I wanted. He told me the 2-pack is only available for shipping to the store, so I just ended up going with the 8-quart size.

In both instances, I reprimanded the individual, instructing them not to interact with the screen without my explicit permission and to refrain from attempting to coerce me into applying for a Home Depot credit card. This practice is highly unethical and potentially more severe. For customers, it is imperative that you do not permit any employee to operate the self-checkout machine without your express consent. You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!
