I had to share personal information on my application, so now I am a bit concerned if they are even a real company or not. In a time of transition from one place to another, time is precious. The reason as to why I needed a second haul is because we couldn't finish the move due to a couch on the second floor. After taking up more than an hour on the couch we decided to continue and finish the haul without it as it was getting far too into the night past nightfall. He said he had availability to move the item 4 days from my first scheduled move. He's now over 30 minutes late with no notice via phone call. My lease is ending, if this couch is left in my house I will be fined. I am hoping he will still help me move it today but I have yet to hear from him in the past hour.
