The outside dining area and parking spot, as well as the holiday-themed decorations, as of this review, show that they put a lot of thought into the overall experience. With that in mind, I imagine the atmosphere inside would be great, but since I had it delivered via Uber Eats, I can't fully judge that part. I also don't live near the area, so I can't speak to the in-person experience just yet. The traffic was a bit hectic, but everything still came through perfectly. Our meal came out to about $40, which is a solid deal for two people. The last time I ordered, I also tried the miso soup, vegetables, and fried rice, and they were all well-prepared. I should also mention how on point the flavor was. The food was perfectly seasoned and chopped just right--it really hit the spot. The only downside I could think of is that if you're sharing the hibachi box, you might find yourself still a bit hungry afterward, so you might want to order a little more. Knowing today was Columbus Day, I called the restaurant two days earlier (at 3:45pm) to confirm that the special was still offered today. Their AI Agent answered the call (hello 2026) and when I queried it as to whether the Power Lunch special would be offered today, it stated that it would. When we showed up today they, of course, told us the Power Lunch wasn't available due to the holiday. When I politely told them about the confirmation call, they told me that was the Agent and they couldn't control what it told me. The manager offered no flexibility, no solution, almost no empathy -- despite it being THEIR AGENT that answered the call and gave the information. It was basically a case study in how not to handle a loyal, polite (and correct) customer. I'm not one to be confrontational (and am not going to ruin my 5 year-old's birthday meal), so we ordered from the dinner menu, enjoyed our kitschy overpriced meal, tipped in full.
