Hello. I ordered today a Crispy Tuna 11.95. I tired to call the restaurant & also tried to explain to them that my order was not correct. I did reach out to door dash as well. I am upset - very upset. When I tried to contact the restaurant they put me on hold. Which got me no where. Going forward please if people make a door dash order, make sure it's correct. I should not be eating a Pringle when I thought I was getting a crispy potato.

My favorite restaurant. I've been going here for years. I ordered two rolls.. my favorites, almond dragon roll and sex in kiku roll. Some sparkling sake. Service is great! Always recommend this place.

Damn this was super disappointing. Sushi: This was super poorly made and I don't even know the sushi rolls and meat inside were not good. Damn this was bad. See pics for better detail. But it was soggy and messy and the wrapping looked just old and used. I could be wrong but it just wasn't good at all! Overall: I would not recommend this place at all this is not good sushi and there are too many others to choose from in Staten Island.

Visiting town and was invited here by my inlaws. Let me get it out of the way... the Unlimited Sake is unlike anything i have seen before and is definitely a PLUS! The food was Awesome, and so is the service. Im glad we made Kiku one of our stops while visiting Staten Island-- truly a local gem!

If I could give zero stars I would...Ordered through Grubhub I just received my order and my food spilled all on the inside of the bag. I contacted the restaurant and they told me there is nothing they can do for me because they told the driver to be careful and keep it straight and that's what happens when you order from places like that. They know they put the lid on right. Now I have no food and spent $65 on sushi I can't even eat spoke to Grubhub and they refunded me my money for the order.

Visited Kiku Sushi for lunch on Tuesday afternoon. Reasonable sushi and solid lunch specials make it a good option for a sushi fix. Quality: Kiku Sushi has several different lunch special options. I went with the Two Rolls Lunch Special, ordering a Salmon Roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll. They were both fine. The Salmon Roll was very fresh, while I could have used more heat from the Spicy Tuna Roll. I also ordered the Kiku Volcano, which was an interesting piece. Spicy crunchy tuna wrapped with seared salmon, with mayo and three flavor sauce on top. Very rich and creamy, but not something I would order again. Quantity: The Kiku Volcano is relatively small, but since it is so rich it is the appropriate size. The Two Rolls Lunch Special makes for a solid meal. Value: $6.50 for the Two Rolls Lunch Special. $10 for the Kiku Volcano. Ambiance: Kiku Sushi is located in Staten Island. The small shop sits along a busy road and near a train station. The space itself is relatively simple. A few pieces of art on the wall. They have the sushi bar set up along the right wall, so you can check out the chefs at work. The music choices were an eclectic mix of hits from the early 2000s. Crowd: Just one couple dining in the restaurant, but two or three other folks grabbed food to go. Service: Friendly and fast service. Easy for take-out, but also great for lunch on a work day. Parking: They have a small private parking lot.

Nice sized rolls, but a rather generic menu. Appetizers are great but get the ones from the cooked menu.

We order out or eat in at Kiko at least three times a month and the food has always been fantastic and so is the service.

I love this place; been ordering from here for years. The chicken teriyaki always tastes fresh, & the lunch special isn't too expensive.

I had to scramble to get another reservation somewhere else and they did not respond to any phone calls or voicemails, regarding an explanation. Very unprofessional!! Please also see my review below for a previous experience I had there. I also have a $150 gift card that I am unable to use! Pros: Plenty of tuna available, served with fresh wasabi. Cons: Limited or no rice (asked multiple times, but few had it), mediocre appetizer quality and quantity, chaotic and loud atmosphere, no water provided (asked multiple times), and the fish was not sourced from Japan. I was disappointed with the tuna cutting event. I had expected a more formal and relaxed setting, similar to my previous omakase experience, but instead, it was loud, crowded, and chaotic. I also assumed the fish would be sourced from Japan and that the appetizers would be of somewhat comparable quality and quantity to those at the previous omakase dinner, due to the price of the dinner. Additionally, my girlfriend and I were very sick afterward and still are (throwing up etc). People were throwing up outside as well. The lack of rice, limited appetizers, and no access to water made it difficult to balance the meal. Having these options would have helped settle our stomachs and balanced the meal, instead of just eating pure tuna. We also didn't drink much (less than two weak alcoholic beverages each since we rarely drink), which made the event feel less worthwhile. Offering a non-alcoholic price option could be beneficial for guests like us. Overall, I found the event underwhelming and wouldn't attend again. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Cocktails were a reasonable price, they do not offer wine, and many sake options. Most are quite pricey, but the warmed sake was $28 for a carafe. We got two and split it between the three of us. They warm it in the microwave, which I thought was slightly awkward, as the microwave was in the main dining area, near where some of the alcohol was stored. Our dining experience started off with three appetizers. They were interesting but not quite that flavorful in my opinion. The sushi coming out after we're much nicer. I especially liked the pickled vegetables on top of a few of the pieces. I mentioned in my reservation that I was a pescatarian and as they only asked for food allergies before they began and not preferences/dietary restrictions, I did not mention it. I wasn't offered anything instead of the wagyu piece so I ended up giving it to my friend. They were, however, very mindful of my friend's shrimp allergy. Bill ended up being $136 for the 16 courses plus the drinks, tax and tip.

This took me 30 mins of waiting when I was the only person in store (after 10 someone came in for a milkshake and still got theirs first) because of the lack of organization and staffing in store. Then I find o it uber charged me for the order that was "cancelled" and when I contacted uber they said that poke bowl station completed the order in their end and that since I reached out after 48 hours I could not be refunded because the order was completed. The fact that the order was cancelled then the store proceeded to "complete" an order that obviously wasn't completed because it was never picked up is shady. It is on them and uber that I got double charged by trying to try a new spot. I got scammed and paid double for a sub par meal that I had to work extra hard to get? Shame. Glad you like to scam money from customers to hire an incompetent staff.
