I was filling up my car right across the street, when I spotted this place. So I figured I'd come…read morein for dinner. Overall, a good place. It's a small place, with just a few tables. Apparently they do lots of takeout and delivery. The menu was very large, with lots of sushi and sashimi selections. However, I decided to go with the curry chicken. It came with a bowl of miso soup, and my choice of white or brown rice. I had the white. Overall, it was a good meal. I love miso soup, and this was no exception. It was a large portion, it was creamy, and It was hot, it was not overly salty, and it was rich. A total Home run. I had asked if the curry chicken was spicy, and she said no. It wasn't. it had just a tiny bit of a spice, just enough that I noticed it. The rice was tender, and the veggies were fresh. The only thing that I wasn't expecting, was the chicken was breaded and deep fried, like you might see in either an orange or a lemon chicken. I wasn't expecting that, because when I normally order curry chicken, the chicken is stir fried, , and not breaded. It was a very, very good meal and I had enough to have some to take home, it just wasn't what I expected. Next time I come in, I'm definitely going to go for the sushi, as it looked good. Thank you.

When a restaurant takes a phone order, it's their responsibility to clarify any ambiguity,…read moreespecially when it involves items that come in multiple forms like "shrimp tempura" (which can mean the actual fried shrimp or a roll). If you clearly ordered shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura, it's reasonable to expect the actual tempura, not sushi rolls. Instead of owning the mistake and correcting it at no cost to you, they:    *   Assumed what you meant without asking    *   Sent the wrong items    *   Refused to fix it unless you paid more This kind of customer service is disappointing. Good customer service means acknowledging the mistake and making it right--especially when the error is on their end. Asking you to pay more to correct their mistake isn't just bad service, it's a great way to lose a loyal customer.
