We tried this location primarily because a local school discount card promo for chips and a drink with purchase of a regular sub (this location only). Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub places in Stark County. My go-to sub is the 43- Chipotle Cheesesteak (without onions). If you love cheesesteak, this one is definitely for you. My daughter was stoked to use the discount card promo stated above on our Daddy Daughter Date. She tried the 26- Chicken Bacon Ranch under the cheesesteak side of the menu and yay!... I'm getting to choose chips and a drink too! As we were eating, she started to wrap up her sandwich as if she was full. She informed me as we were leaving that her food wasn't hot and she would rather heat it up at home instead. The chips and drink promo were a highlight and hit for her.

Upon entering, there is a kiosk to your left for quick "line free" ordering or you can choose to head to the front where a friendly cashier will assist you. All of the burgers and sandwiches are priced separately. For example, the Cheesy Burger is $8.49, but you can variations of combo add ons like tator tots and a drink (add $6.99) to make it a meal deal. The Cheesy Burger was unique with four slices of cheese and an inverted bun (bun flipped outsides in). I added the tator tots and regular drink for $6.99. The tator tots come with a choice of sauce. I highly recommend the chipotle mayo for dipping, but may be too overpowering on a burger. The downside to the Cheesy Burger was the grease dripping down your hand as you're trying to eat it. However, it all adds to the awesome experience. The drink area was your typical Coca Cola options with a side drink area of various lemonades. I tried the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade which was tart and delicious. As far as overall experience, order food at the kiosk or the counter and have a seat. The food and shakes will be brought out to you. The signage advertises hand scooped shakes. The staff is friendly and always smiling (atleast during our visit). No one outside to take preorders to expedite the process. After arriving at the window, we ordered two combos. Mine was a specialty order for the Caniac as I request "naked tenders" and extra hot sauce. Once at the window, we checked on the special request, and they did not have that listed so they handed us drinks and parked us after correcting. No straws for the drinks. We asked for them and requested extra hot sauce for the second time. The attendant grabbed some packets but became frazzled when we asked for straws so she put the hot sauce to the side and gave us straws. We pulled ahead before realizing we didn't get the hot sauce. We waited about 20 minutes parked before we received the wrong order. We called the runner back and requested the right order. There was only one combo (ordered 2), no hot sauce, and a side of three piece chicken. The runner seemed irritated so my sister went in with her. Inside they argued we didn't order two combos until my sister showed them our receipt. We waited longer. Finally the order came with one hot sauce for a 6 piece dinner. There were maybe 10 fries in her combo. I didn't order fries. We also noticed we were charged $1 more for the combo drink bc it was tea, not soda. I'm never charged more in CA, and online it shows a large drink with the combo. No one told us we'd be charged extra. When we saw these mistakes at home combined with our overall experience, we called in. The manager responded with silence and then an "ok" when we addressed our concerns. She was dismissive, no apology of our experience, or any way to promise a better visit next time. Total disregard. I'll stick with my California drive thru in the future.
