Dewayne recommended me multiple pre workouts. I've tried many pre workouts such as c-4, alani, bucked up, ghost (i recomend ghost), total war (i recommend this too), and black market. I'm sure there's much other pre work outs that I've used but these are the ones that i can recall using. I have the preference of 250mg or more in Caffeine as it gives me that energy, that pins & needles feeling :p Dewayne recommended "Beyond Raw Lit." 15 servings (it's a big scooper but I'd rather take half of it). 250 mg of caffeine.
