Wednesday September 9, 2026 Plenty parking. Good selection. I always like to try different brands and different products. Good value. Service is good. Actually, I originally came to buy more Jocko Hydration and that they don't have anymore. I needed more Creatine too. So, I wanted to try something different other than the Legion gummies, Create gummies and Momentous chewable tablets that I tried from here before that was good. The powder mixes very well, it looks like clear water, it tastes like raspberries and it tastes good. I decided to buy a box of Protein Sticks this time as I bought a couple sticks to try the different flavors last time. Original and Jalapeno Heat. I will be back when I need more products. read more

I go here on occasion for supplements as they usually have a sale ongoing, shelves are organized and well-stocked, and customer service is decent. Products are mostly of good quality. Yes, it is a corporate chain, but sometimes price and convenience "Donald Trump" principles. The TVS line, Body Tech, is currently on sale at 20% off. So, I picked up Creatine HCL. Also, got some Solaray Papaya Enzymes at a discount. I think I've been here 3-4 times in the last 1.5 years and while satisfied as a customer, there is one employee who needs to shower or do laundry on a regular basis. I mean, it is quite noticeable...I envison The Peanuts character Pig Pen and the cloud of B.O, in this case. They are open from 900a till 800p on the weekdays. Saturdays are from 900a to 500p. Sundays are from 900a to 700p. You build up loyalty points if you set up an account. service exceptional and friendly. Paul and his team are awesome. selection love it. value amazing.

Wednesday June 18, 2025 I was in the area. So, I decided to walk inside and look around as to what they have in here. I have been here many times before and bought supplements and drinks from here. I decided to buy another Blender Bottle as the first one I bought a while back from the Pearl Kai location was plastic and it doesn't keep it cold. So, I decided to buy a stainless one today. The guy said, it keeps it cold for 24 hours. Lol. I will drink it way before the 24 hours. Lol. It's BOGO 1/2 off right now. I don't need a 2nd one. But, why not for later use. Lol. Service is friendly and fast. The same guy helped me 2 days earlier. Lol. They have a great selection of products here. The value is good too. I will be back for anything else that I may need in the future. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe - BOGO 1/2 off! Wednesday June18, 2025 - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

See all

After the gym, i went to the vitamin shoppe to refill on my preworkout. In honesty, I'm a loyal customer with GNC at Kam shopping BUT unfortunately, their doors weren't open. No signage of being closed and their doors were locked but some lights in the store were on. ANYWAYS It was kind of difficult to find in the shopping center until i noticed that it was behind the gas station of the shopping center lol. It think it was the only store (besides SB and Jamba Juice) that weren't connected to the other stores that align around the shopping center. I came in and the store was clean and it smelt good! They had an essential oil diffuser that was lemongrass scented which was a nice touch. The staff greeted us even though they looked busy restocking their shelves while we were passing by. They were also changing some of the items into a special deal. I was able to get 2 preworkout supplements BOGO Free! I love a great deal. I've had total war before and I have no complaints. The caffeine is normally what i tend to focus on whenever i buy my preworkout. 250mg is reasonable and I'm excited to try theses new flavors! Total workout normally costs almost $50 per jar! So buying one and getting the other one for free is definitely a great value deal especially with this brand! There were other deals going on such as bogo 50% on other items and preworkouts. The staff here are also friendly and informative. They just told me that they don't really advertise their sales online but as far as physically coming into the store, they will add more information as to how long the sale is going to be for. I can't wait for my next trip here! read more

Thanks Onipa'a for your help me look for the magnesium oil and the other options like the gel for my husband's and my knee pain. I think I rubbed too much the first time! Lol. What I really enjoyed was the time you took to share your heart for the welfare of customers' health concerns (and the small "talk-story" time!). Thank you too Steve for showing me products I wasn't aware the store carried...keto snacks! Loved the Quest bbq chips...coming back to get more!! Keep up the Kaneohe store reputation for the "Awesome Customer Service" with outstanding knowledge of products and recommendations!! read more

Great service by Brice tanks for really good customer service and finding my supplements. Called him on the phone and he got my stuff at the store fast kine. Very personable and professional Arigato. The prices are very reasonable and store close to home convenient. read more

My daughter and I visited this afternoon. The sales people were so very kind and helpful. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to help us find items we were looking for. The store is neat and well organized. 100000% HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Service from Jensen was awesome! Get lots of selection. Jensen helped me pick out what I really needed and recommended. Great products and I'm anxious to try. Thanks again. read more

Not the kind of person to post negative reviews (at all), but this was just sucky and inconvenient. Went to the shop to pick up some stuff I needed, and no one was there. I went around almost 10am, and it said they were supposed to open at 9. Around 4-5 people were there with me waiting but we decided to leave. I understand it's hard to have good workers nowadays since it's happened to my job. But I'm sure someone noticed or something. read more

Knowledgeable staff answered all my questions. I always walkout knowing that I got what I needed. A lot of brands to choose from and good price for what you get. My go to place for all my supplements need. read more

Great selection with a helpful staff. Prices are competitive.

The Vitamin Shoppe gives GNC some good competition. The store is so well organized and the workers are very knowledgable about the products they sell. They've been very helpful at my past visits helping my fiance and I find everything we need and recommending supplements he should try since we recently switched over from buying from GNC to The Vitamin Shoppe. We both prefer shopping here. The prices are pretty good as well. We were able to sign up for their loyalty card as well. It's free and simple to use. You don't even have to bring your card in! I recommend! read more

The Vitamin Shoppe - One more rep! - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

First visit here. Kacie was awesome! She walked me to the area I was looking for and even looked on her phone for ratings of similiar brands. She left to help a customer and came right back! I I read poor reviews and maybe those employees no longer work there but she was the true meaning of customer service! Thanks Kacie for all of your expertise! God Bless you! People like you are an asset to a business and their reputation. read more

Not sure why but this shop is smaller than the one I'm use to in pearl city. (Therefore 3 stars) but the staff is so sweet and helpful! They were knowledgable about product (which is rare in all honestly) and didn't mind helping me even with me having 3 kids in tow. The store was also very very clean. Parking was rather easy to find as it's across windward mall and shares a parking lot with the whole shopping center (Safeway, Starbucks, Panda Express.. You get the idea). They don't have everything the bigger one does but the staff makes up for it! ****always ask for online price match! They will match the online price which saves you $$$**** read more

I don't know much about vitamins and supplements so it's a good thing that the guys at the Vitamin Shoppe do. The person helping us was patient, knowledgeable, and explained the differences between the products. I like the layout of the shop...It's spacious, organized and clean. They carry both their own brand and other brands so you do have a lot of choices. They have an awards card, and if you sign up they track your purchases and give you points that can be redeemed later on. The nice thing is that they will match the online sales prices. And, if you go online and download their coupons that's more added savings. read more

This place sets the standard on how retail companies SHOULD operate in Hawaii. *Convenient locations with ample parking to get in and out *Helpful staff who knows where products are *Frequent buyer program with discounts ...and the best of all... *Competitive pricing that's on par with internet As someone who have been buying supplements for the past few years, I find this place to be refreshing. Remember, not all shops like these carry everything. Sometimes, you will have to go elsewhere to find a specific brand item. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe is a welcome addition to the health food market on the Windward side. It is a fairly large store with a reasonably wide selection, including some items not carried by similar retailers in Kailua. The store is clean, organized, and well-lit, plus the employees are helpful. It's nice that the sales associates acknowledge you when you arrive and offer to help without hovering or being pushy. The Vitamin Shoppe has a customer loyalty program; if you're like me and prefer not to carry a ton of rewards cards around, they can look up your account using your phone number to access your member benefits. The store is located across the street from Windward Mall in the Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center in a stand-alone building next to Kamehameha Hwy (by Long's Drugs). read more

I use to go to GNC at the mall all the time but once this place opened up I have given up on GNC and have become a loyal customer to Vitamin Shoppe. The majority of the time their prices are cheaper than any other supplement store and it seems the staff are more knowledgeable compare to other supplement stores. Their rewards program, which is free, is also a must have. You spend throughout the year and earn store credit at the end of the year like a reward for shopping there. A clean store but no bathrooms. read more

I attempted to run to Vitamin Shoppe to pick up children's vitamins, I was not aware of the modified hours and as I walked into the store, the store associate (Cindy) standing behind the counter told me that the store was closed. As I walked out I then took notice of the store closing at 6 and checked my phone for the time and my phone then turned 6. Hey I get it that it sucks when I customer comes in right before closing. I would never turn a customer away. Especially in the circumstances of what's going on today. A little bit of customer service would have been greatly appreciated. read more

I was in the area and figured I'd stop in to get more Beta Carotene/Vit A supplements. I had previously got this from the Kapolei location, as it's close to where I live. However, this time I was interested in getting a higher quality supplement, something not synthetic and more organic. I was very impressed that the boy helping me was able to not only point me in the right direction of where the products were located, but answer my questions and help me pick the one that best suited my needs. Great customer service, great variety of products. read more

I've been a regular customer at the Vitamin Shoppe at Kaneohe for the past couple of years -- although there are a number of vitamin/supplement stores in the Honolulu metropolitan area - I keep coming back to this one. The manager and sales staff are knowledgeable on the products they sell. Ryan in particularly has been able to differentiate for me similar products to enable me to decide which one to buy. There is a wide selection of products. I appreciate the excellent parking, clean store, well laid out displays, pricing that is equal to prices on the internet, The rewards card and discount coupons a few times a year really help. Keep it up! Mahalo. read more

I'm not a person to regularly visit health food stores or vitamin shoppes. That being said my mom needed to go to this location of the Vitamin Shoppe to get some cold care medicine. Just being there I was amazed by the product knowledge of the staff! Or specifically Ryan helped us and taught us a whole class on the right foods to eat. Definitely would recommend here, they know their stuff! read more

OK, so I used to shop at Vitamin Shoppe on Kapiolani Blvd, but worksite changed, so now more convenient to go to the Kaneohe store. Went there this weekend for first time to pick up my usual whey protein. Took a jar, price under the jar was $20.99, took to checkout, and it rang up for $25.99. I explained to clerk that the price was $20.99, he said I must be mistaken, so we went back to the shelf. There under this jar (as well as all similar of different flavors) clearly price tag that said $20.99. Clerk looked at fine print under the big price, and it said 'for 12 pk'...which was a box of 12 smaller packets in the shelf across the aisle. I told him he should change the price tag, and that I wouldn't pay more than the $20.99 advertised...he refused. I walked out. This was blatant false advertising. I won't be shopping there anymore. read more

I love this place its a total must shop at, pass that local GNC and come visit this place. Better discounts on the same products and they have a better product line. The staff is great too, they are well trained and can help you with what ever your needs are. I went in and one of the manager begain with an "S" but I forget get the rest sorry, said she was new to the store but boy was she a a wealth of knowledge. read more

I came to this location today with my fiancé (we usually go to the one in pearl Kai or Ala Moana). First off, the 2 people that were working was standing behind the counter when we walked in and no welcome at all. No acknowledgment whatsoever. They looked at us when we walked in too. I swear it was just us 2 and another couple in the store so they weren't busy at all. No one came to check on us and asked if we needed help. We were looking at supplements by their counter where the 2 associates were and still they didn't say one word to us. What they did do at the time was talk amongst themselves and the one girl that was working was eating and sitting on their counter. We decided to leave since there was no help.. and even as we were walking towards the door, they didn't say one word to us. I was not happy with the first time we came to this location. We'll be sticking to our usual locations :) read more

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THIS LOCATION A BIG Z E R O. I was originally in town on my way home deciding if I should just go to the Ala Moana location, but I live in Kaneohe so it's closer for me. So as I open up the door, there's two workers, a tall skinny guy and a short girl with short hair JUST TALKING BEHIND THE COUNTER. NOT ONE OF THEM EVEN LOOKED AT ME. I get no acknowledgement that I even exist. I was in the refrigerated area in the front area and THEY STILL DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I walked around for a little bit and NOT ONE OF THEM CAME TO CHECK ON ME. I needed to buy 2 bottles of probiotics, I already knew which ones I needed but those workers were fcking rude I just left. BOTH OF YOU ARE IN THE WRONG INDUSTRY, GET A NEW JOB PLEASE. Stick to the Ala Moana location everyone! read more

Manager was very helpful and helped me find all the products I wanted and made some really good suggestions. Their prices were good, better than buying off of Amazon which I was originally going to do. read more

I was very pleased with the help I received from the very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable clerk.

Great location. Lots of parking. Good service. Much friendlier than the GNC across the street and the employees seem more knowledgeable. Also, better prices but a bit on the pricey side.
