We also tried medium heat which turned out to be really good, adding to our experience. The restaurant was decorated to celebrate Valentine's Day and it was quite lovely. The gentlemen here were, as always, very kind and inviting. While we dined, I listened to them talk to customers and I was touched by how much care is put into each conversation. The sincerity of the men here is also what makes this a great restaurant. They get to know their customers, they share with them in their experience of top quality, handcrafted dishes.
