Mr. Glass came to my home yesterday to replace a large glass window near my stairwell. They were fast and professional. The new glass window looks great and they said that the frame had damage when they were replacing it so we are glad that this window got replaced even though we had not planned on it. It had a large scratch from an accident and there was no way to get the scratch out so the entire window was replaced instead. The prices are highly competitive too! read more

Three of our double pane windows fogged up. I had used this company twice in the past with good results. I sent photos and measurements and they quoted by email. They sent a technician to make the final measurements. There was a misunderstanding on one window, but we clarified it on the phone. Within a few days they installed the windows, completing the job in a couple hours, leaving the work space clean. I recommend MR Glass/Olympic Glass and will use them again. read more

Never returned calls. Had to go twice because they never called me Back like they said they would. While there, made two calls to see if they would answer, they didn't. When asked why they didn't answer the calls it's because they were busy. read more

Wasn't able to get glass the same day. I wanted 2 small pieces cut. The lady at front said there is no one to cut the pieces. So I said sell me a piece of glass I'll cut it myself. She called a guy and the guy told her it was for another job. No service no glass to be sold. I needed the 2 pieces for a customer. They told me they would call me the next day and see if they can cut me the glass or sell me a piece. They never called. You never leave customers hanging. Waste of my time to even go there and do business with them. read more

I came here today in need of some window's for a job that I'm working on but boy was it a bad idea! I don't know who this lady was but she was the only one there when I walked in. I started explaining what I was in need of but she had such an awful attitude that she dismissed me and told me she didn't understand what I was explaining to her! I kept my composure as I was helped by someone else thankfully! This lady had a really bad attitude and that's no way to treat coustomers...they just lost a coustomer due to very poor coustomer service! FYI she's the short lady at the front desk. read more

I've used this company on several occasions and they do a fine job.

I rushed into Olympic Glass on a Saturday afternoon just as they were closing. I needed a frameless glass shower rubber strip to prevent my shower from leaking water onto the floor. Mowgli, the owner, took the sample I brought in and quickly cut a piece about six inches to match my own. He also mitered it so that it would easily fit when the two pieces met in the corner. I was so thrilled he was able to accomodate me so quickly. He didn't even charge me! Mowgli, so grateful for your attention to detail. Astonishing disrespect for client's time! The appointment was at 11am. They offered us a great price. The worker was an hour late and I called. The receptionist was lovely and told us they were running late but that the work was on route. Another hour passed and I was told he would be there by 2pm. I asked for an inconvenience discount. She put me on hold and spoke to her boss on his cell phone. He said he already offered us a good price and wouldn't take off anymore. 2pm and the receptionist called to say she went out to give the worker the paperwork and he had gone to lunch. Seriously! How do these people stay in business! read more

Needed a broken window pane replaced same day - it was done in an hour. Very reasonable pricing.

This company was used to install our shower glass doors by the person that flipped our house before we bought it. The job was not done well and the way they installed the glass makes no sense. The first time I used the new shower it leaked everywhere. After months of trying to get a hold of them, they finally came to "fix" it. Well, the two guys that came didn't speak english at all and while they fixed part of it temporarily (it has since broken again), they left off a piece of plastic that blocked another leak and the shower has been leaking for over a year now. I have had other shower glass people come look at it and they shake their heads at the work that was done and say they can't fix it. Now we are left with a very leaky shower that would cost a fortune to redo entirely. Good luck ever getting a hold of someone at this company either. I'm not sure how they even get jobs in the first place because I can call them 50 times and no one will answer and the voicemail box is full. The one or two times I got a hold of someone, they said I would hear back from someone soon, and I never did. AVOID THIS PLACE if you actually want decent glass and to have it not leak. read more
