Well. I've been going here for my glasses for years and this was probably the sorriest experience…read moreI've ever had. A few things, the setting up of the exam and the exam was fine. Everything went according to plan. However, the pick up of my glasses was extremely problematic. I had ordered a pair of regular frames and a pair of sunglasses. I arrived onsite to pick my glasses up on 7/22 after receiving a call. When I arrived, I did ask the associate about my sunglasses. I was advised at this time that my sunglasses weren't ready and they would call me in a week. No real issues with that because of Covid-19. August 1st hits and I haven't received a call. I call on August 2 (no answer), and I called the next few days after and I finally left a voicemail on 8/6. On August 10th, I finally speak with an associate who said that she had listened to my message and a shipment was coming in. She advised that she would check and call me back. I never got that call. Then I finally called on August 17, and the associate who answered said that yes, my sunglasses were in and had been since the July 22nd and they had called me. Now if this was the case, when I was there to pick up my regular frames on 7/22, why didn't the associate give my sunglasses to me? Heck, even if they had left me a voicemail after I picked up my regular frames, why didn't the associate I spoke with on 8/10 tell me that my glasses were in? To her credit, the associate on the phone was apologetic but when I went into the location to pick it up, there was literally no explanation, no apology, just a 'we called you'. So, they weren't gonna call me at all? Yeah, no. On my next go around, I will be going to another provider all together. Do better, PearleVision-Ferndale.
