At the website, I did as directed and received an online message telling me to call the store for an appointment. Somehow, I felt like a dog chasing its tail. Second phone call, end result - no appointments available today at this location. However, they transferred my call to another one of their stores and I made a same-day appointment with them. For the most part, the employees here are courteous, very knowledgeable in matters of insurance assistance, and have a decent selection of frames when I need to order glasses. Regular-run-of-the-mill glasses to mid priced to higher priced designer frames, they have them all here. Disclaimer: I'm just a blue-collar kind of guy. I don't need any diamond-encrusted frames. No high-end designer frames are required for me. I just need a decent pair of glasses to keep me from walking into walls.

I was told I had to pay for the exam to come back in to have my glasses adjusted to the right lens and I had to pay for the adjustments. They didn't do it right the first time and I'm suppose to pay for their mistake. Don't go there. I spent $800 on 2 pair of glasses and this is how they treat their customers when they mess up.
