At the website, I did as directed and received an online message telling me to call the store for an appointment. Somehow, I felt like a dog chasing its tail. Second phone call, end result - no appointments available today at this location. However, they transferred my call to another one of their stores and I made a same-day appointment with them. For the most part, the employees here are courteous, very knowledgeable in matters of insurance assistance, and have a decent selection of frames when I need to order glasses. Regular-run-of-the-mill glasses to mid priced to higher priced designer frames, they have them all here. Disclaimer: I'm just a blue-collar kind of guy. I don't need any diamond-encrusted frames. No high-end designer frames are required for me. I just need a decent pair of glasses to keep me from walking into walls.

I was told I had to pay for the exam to come back in to have my glasses adjusted to the right lens and I had to pay for the adjustments. I went in to have them checked out, and I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that the reason they weren't darkening was just that the days weren't sunny enough. The gentleman who runs the lab was very nice, and put the lenses on a UV light to show me that they do indeed darken significantly. They weren't on my receipt because the lenses have a different name. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They are very responsive if you have an issue (or just think you do, in my case). The selection of glasses is fabulous. I had a hard time narrowing it down to a single pair. I can't recommend this place enough.
