We had an AC call on a Saturday so hard to take who we got. Jeffrey showed up and I was very pleased with him because he admitted that he does know something about geothermal, but that he is not an expert. I was half he admitted that he is not the expert instead of trying to pretend. That said we went ahead with the service and luckily it was not an issue with the geothermal mechanicals. Jeff was patient with all my questions and explained everything. He was polite and knew what he was doing. In the winter we had a different problem and that tech was not as patient.
