Mike, the owner and estimator came to our home to assess the situation and to explain what needed to be done. Here are my reasons for giving this Company a five-star review rating: Mike explained in plain English, what had to be done and how it had to be done. Their project supervisor visited our home and explained in detail how the job would proceed. He patiently answered all our questions. Phone calls are answered promptly by Jackie, a pleasant office administrator who is knowledgeable about the projects. She promptly replies to emails. Appointments are kept and work crews show up as scheduled. Work crews are skilled and polite. The work crews completely cleaned up the work site. Most importantly, the job turned out great; no shortcuts. We are very satisfied. The price was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

I immediately heard back and Mike came to my home to asset the situation the very next day. It was clear that he was experienced, empathetic and professional. Raccoons had invaded and he showed me where they got into the attic and the damage that they had already caused. He worked with me and within days returned with a crew of 3 who worked tirelessly on that very Sunday to remove clean, disinfect, install new insulation and secure the attic so these animals could not return!! I have a year and a half guarantee of that. The crew was excellent and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend their service.

Cost to remove insulation, disinfect, air gap seal and reinstate with r49 was $6400 and if you want rodent proofing its 2k extra. I was told they would be there from about 8:30am to about 4 pm... they were done very early by about 1:30pm. The bag that attaches to the hose to catch the insulation as its being sucked out popped off and debris and old insulation all over my yard and plant beds. They were not watching the machine and the bag got too full. It happened a second time but it was user error the second time. They got up the big pieces but you cannot see all the fine particles that can be breathed in. Think about kids and dogs playing in the yard after that. The contract does not warn people or have any disclaimer that that you will have fine insulation particles all over your property. They made it seem like it was no big deal but then why are you wearing a mask and a tyvek suit if this stuff isn't toxic? It seems to me in order to make things fast as they finish one section of removing old debris, somebody begins to work on the empty part while somebody else is still taking out old insulation in another section. The issue with that is the decon 30 they use to disinfect does not have time to dry before putting down new insulation. I asked the manager on site and he said they give a 5 minute dry time. Also the way they put it down, not everything is disinfected. The spray touches some areas but not others. A blower was used for cleanup to further blow around fine particles into my plant beds and grass. I don't see pictures of air gap sealing. I apologize if I am mistaken.

From the professional and friendly interaction with Jennifer on the phone and the wonderful service by Mike, Darrian and Nikko, the entire experience was pleasant and painless. It was a 2-day job, which they did neatly and efficiently, even vacuuming any messes as they went along. They really seemed to enjoy their job and working together. They are truly "The Dream Team"! This is our second time using Blue Ridge; the first was replacing our furnace in a condo we owned in 2015, and we have been totally pleased with their work both times. Highly recommend!!!

This recommendation is underpinned by responsiveness, excellent customer service, strong technical ability - and most importantly - a personable, trustworthy, and passionate owner-operator. With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. In summary, I highly recommend Master Touch Home Service for residential HVAC projects. They also provide commercial service and selecting plumbing services (e.g., hot water heater replacements).
