I will say the crew who did the work and the frontman were efficient and pleasant. HOWEVER, they did break a pipe that is connected to our heating unit up in the attic. The way I found out was when that evening (after they had finished everything) we tried to put the heat on for our kids bedrooms and it was not working, it was below freezing that evening. I had someone come to look at the heater the next day and he found that a pipe was completely snapped into two which could only have happened by someone stepping on it. I reached out to Mike regarding this and he was responsive at first and now is not. I have texted multiple times asking for a resolution since it cost a pretty penny to fix. He has completely ignored me. Very shady business in my opinion. For what it is worth, I would not recommend this company. read more

Team worked hard and efficiently. Tarped everything off...removed and replaced all insulation, vacuumed, sanitized, etc attic and crawl space. Sealed it all up and installed upgraded vents. Initial consult was great. I couldn't afford to replace all the insulation for $7,000 but was told for $2,500 they'd remove the raccoons and any debris from them, sanitize and close up the entry points. I went ahead with that and the next day the raccoons were gone. 4 days later I was able to check out the work and the entry points are sealed however there's feces and debris still in plain site. The insulation where the raccoons were hiding was tossed aside and not removed or put back. After looking at the quote I see that clean up wasn't included even I was told it was. Probably an over sight on my part for just signing and not getting my glasses to see the small print on the phone. I'm thankful the raccoons are gone but very disappointed their mess wasn't vacuumed out and there's more work to be done. Please pay attention to what your signing. read more

After hearing noises which I presumed were mice and/or bats in my attic, I reached out to Attic Fanatics online to figure out what to do. I immediately had a call from Mike and he came at the scheduled time for the inspection. It was clear that he was experienced, empathetic and professional. Confirmed there was guano and droppings, but no critters. He worked with me and showed up the next day with the crew who worked tirelessly to remove clean, disinfect, install new insulation and secure the attic and sealed up any and all openings around my house to prevent these animals from returning.! Called Attic Fanactics because a neighbor noticed that my attic ventilation gables were damaged. Checked ratings for this company and they were excellent. The owner Coby came out checked the attic and crawl space and took pictures and video of squirrel and mouse infestation and damage and gave an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all my questions. Turned out it would be an extensive, expensive job which would include insulation removal and restoration, critter removal, sanitation, and sealing up every possible crack and entry access in the whole house and crawl space. The work came with a 5 year guarantee. If there were any signs of infestation they would come out and take care of it. Luckily they were able to come out the next day . Nine workers and a foreman showed up the next day on time and got right to work. They partitioned the attic access with plastic so I was able to stay in the house while they worked. They were very polite and were respectful of my property and me. They changed their booties every time they came into the house from the outside. They were there the entire day, and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. They also did a lot of extras like not charging for wooden flooring in attic and upgraded metal gable replacement. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly!! read more
