DO NOT RECOMMEND! VERY DISHONEST AND SLOPPY…read more This company was hired as a contractor from a solar company to remove some trees from my property. Not only did they cause damage to my property but to my neighbor's property as well; they accessed my neighbor's side lawn and driveway without their permission nor mine and scraped their driveway, ripped a large hole in my neighbor's table cover and caused a huge hole in the ground on my neighbor's side lawn. They offered no restitution to fix my damaged lawn that was caused by their trucks and other large vehicles; they did not even consider the idea of bringing large wooden boards to cover the lawn if any of their vehicles had to be parked on it or drive across it. The damage they caused to my neighbor's property took over 2 months to partially resolve, which ended up only covering the cost of replacing the table cover and nothing else. I am supremely disappointed in their lack of work ethic, poor communication, responsibility and morals. Their services were wildly expensive compared to other landscapers/tree removal companies and now I'm stuck paying for their work indirectly. Although they were able to remove the necessary trees, they caused long term damage to my lawn, damage to my neighbor's property AND left A LOT of debris across my lawn that I'm still cleaning up, 2 months later. They were also unwilling to work with the BBB to resolve these issues. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

A few times I was told I would get a call Friday about starting but didn't. During June I inquired about a quote to recoat our pool deck. I received a quote but declined due to the additional cost. I asked to continue the initial agreement. At the end of June I called to alert them that construction that was about to begin on my deck. At the end of July, I made contact again to asked about a start date and to inquire about painting/staining our small brick facade. Paul came by to discuss and I agreed to leave it at power washing the stains and re-pointing the most critical areas of brick. I agreed verbally to pay 5,000 not really understanding what was involved with the brick. Finally workers arrive in August and did a very good job on my chimney. The power washing did not remove the brick stains and re-pointing was minimal. It took one man 2 or possibly 3 hours and I felt I didn't get much for the additional $800.

Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits--for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent--very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great--he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.

Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.
