Ibex was the only one that correctly diagnosed the problem and needed repair. They were the second lowest bid. They were the most responsive. So we hired them, and they were fantastic. Communicative, professional, and frankly just downright pleasant throughout. They set up visits promptly with little waiting. They arrived exactly on time. They called 30 minutes before to let me know when they were coming. They were consistently professional and upbeat. Finished what they started same day. It was such a good experience that I asked how to leave a review, and they told me to wait a few weeks to make sure it held up consistently to rain first. It's been perfect.
