I met my sons girlfriend in tears last friday because she did not have a check I paid the check and we get the dress. I was with both her and her mom when they tried on the dress and paid deposit and NEVER told or circled the security check. When she gets home and trues on the dress after she had been fitted for the dress, it is nowhere near correct. The strap on the dress had been altered do much she could not get it on. Her mom had to fix it herself. The dress appeared to not have been cleaned and a few other issues as well. Customer Service is not a strong skill at thus shop and Mrs Marty is the worst by far.

Or to pass me clients that didn't "talk english" because i was hispanic. Which of course im willing to help but once they sent me to help a vietnamese couple. I only speak spanish and english and they knew that. They embarrarsed me because when i got called while already helping a bride, so i knew that meant help a spanish speaker since they couldnt. I went up looking obviously for a hispanic couple and when i realized i still ended up they purposly made me leave the bride i was helping to help a customer anyone could ave taken care of just like i did. I still was able to help them with a language barrier. So obviously if i was able to help them so could they. They just simply didnt want to. I felt very discriminated for my race i was the only hispanic. I had told my manageri couldn't come in because my uncle got diagnosed with cancer and Ihad to translate for my family. She did not believe me and instead of supporting me as you should as a manager she was harsh and kept telling me i needed to find someone to cover my shifts and after calling out id be let go. I honestly could care less i wasnt gonna take disrespect from a manger that lacks consideration and empathy. I left out of lack of respect. :)
