This well established known formal wear business is top notch and will go the distance to make whatever you need happen. With an upcoming wedding on my schedule, they were able to get all the wedding party sized up and fitted with less than a month before the wedding. Today's date is February 6, 2017 it's 1255 in the morning. I called to inquire if they rented tuxedos, The lady that answered was very rude and seemed inconvenienced by my phone call after asking what time they closed I said "sounds great I'll see you shortly" to which her reply was hanging up the phone not so much as a goodbye or thank you or look forward to serving you or happy to help nothing just click! being in sales myself I do not expect someone to kiss my butt just because I'm doing business with them but a hostile attitude and not even a goodbye at the end of the call is sub par in anyone's book. read more

So I rented a suit for my friend's wedding. My friend had a previously bad experience with them, but I was optimistic. Upon getting fitted for the suit by Cynthia (I believe that was her name). I noticed that it was a little snug when she tightened the straps. It had been falling down and she stated that I needed to tighten the belt to allow for a better fit. She assured me that it "looked good". That evening as I was at the wedding I reached over to pick a fork off the ground and the pants split up the back. Needless to say, this was very embarrassing. I had to go the rest of the night with split pants. On top of that, I got a very unprofessional phone call from Cynthia (yes the same Cynthia that had improperly fitted my suit). She asked me what happened and stated that the boss was mad. Not been a suit store employee, I had taken her word for it that my suit was properly fitted and had (mistakenly) assumed that I could bend over in them to pick up a fork. She stated that it was not the sizing that was the problem. Interesting how she would say that, given she is the one that sized me. Now I need to pay 100 dollars to replace the pants. I was so frustrated with the conversation that I am going to pay the 100 dollars and be done with it. However, I feel as though I should give other shoppers a head's up. Stay away from Mr. Burch. They are unprofessional, and it appears that their suits are made of paper. read more
