On another occasion, I dropped off designer items and when I inquired about the money from the item I was told I had missed the deadline and the item was donated . I don't believe that to be true. They had remarked how much they loved the item at drop off. I believe they kept the item . Just suspect that I never saw my items either times on the sales floor. Of course I paid the $10 fee , their gain, my loss, and picked up my items. BTW some still had the original tags on them, I had never worn the items. Purchased from high end stores. Disappointed.

I called them and asked if I could come by and they said of course! When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The ladies were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing.
