Five stars for the beer selection, 3 for the food, so it averages out. This is a newer place I got to try out recently. Despite the name possibly suggesting some sort of a taverny feel, it's a sports bar. Nothing fancy about the atmosphere, but maybe that's on me for having too high of expectations. They've got over 60 brews on tap, and a nice selection from lighter ales to heavier stouts and ciders and sours, too. They offer pricing for different sizes, which is nice, and the option to make your own flights. The food, however, wasn't so great. We only did appetizers, so maybe the 'meals' are better, but the fried pickles were soggy and the pretzel sticks were dry. The dipping sauces helped both, but neither was that appetizing. Our server was friendly and attentive enough, and prices were reasonable. I'd go back again for the brews, and I'd give the food one more shot.

The wife and I needed a quick bite to eat last night and trying to find some place not crawling with kiddos. Mr.Brews was the place. We liked the decor and layout. All of the many beer options was fun to sample a few and pick a couple new ones. *The burgers were good to okay, my wife & I can't quite understand why corporately they "HAVE" to cook the burgers well done. Seems odd. The fries were my wife's favorite thing we had and that is enough of a reason for to plan a return trip.

They have a great beer selection that changes often.  As a craft beer fan, I was impressed with their selection as they had a decent amount beers that I have not seen in the area, mixed in with classics and local favorites.  They have the beer offerings high up on the wall with cute, hand drawn labels and then a paper beer menu that a bartender or server will bring to you.  I like that the beer menu tells you the price of the beer at it's full size (along with the size), the price during happy hour and the 4oz pour price.  I sat at the bar for an early dinner and got great service.  My bartender was friendly and was quick to check on me or ask about refills.  I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries - the food came out to me in 15 minutes.  I'm not a fan of shoe string fries and they were under cooked so they were soggy and limp.  I was really excited for the burger, which was unfortunate as it was very bland and the meat itself didn't taste like much.  If you decide to get a burger, take note that the burgers don't come with a side (which is fine, just unusual).    I haven't been here for any of the events, however I noticed they often host tap takeovers and live music.  I will definitely be back for the beer and live music.   At the time of this review, on Mondays you can get a plain burger and a 16oz beer (check the beer menu as not all beers come in 16oz pours) for $10..to check if that special is still current, you can go to their Facebook and they have the special listed as an event for each Monday that this special is running.  There are other specials listed on their website, however I noticed this one was not on there.

I really enjoy this burger joint. The menu is small, but also offers a variety so even if you're kind of picky you can find something to enjoy. I've only tried a couple of burgers, but that's just because the Brews-Chetta Burger is so dang delightful it's hard to order anything new! The California Burger was good too. I love that I can get different seasonings on my fries. The Cajun is my favorite! This is also a super place for great beer choices. They have something like a bajillion (or close to) beers on tap, including ciders! I highly recommend checking Mr. Brews out for a yummy burger and tasty beers.

Went for burgers, stayed for the beers! We had a group of 6 and they were very accommodating. We each tried a different burger and enjoyed several beers. Add jalapenos, cheese, mac n cheese, if they have it you can add it. One friend had hers plain and said it was the perfect amount of flavor. Overall we were all impressed and will be going back soon. The Kentucky bourbon burger is a must try!

Left my husband wanting more... in a good way!!! We were happily surprised for a burger place in a strip mall. Husband had a cheeseburger w/ bacon and egg (his signature) and really enjoyed it. Be sure to order a side of family fries or chips. I had the California bean burger which was good but the way husband made the burger sound I wish I had ordered that. The beer menu is divided by flavor which I really appreciate and wth ever changing 60 on tap (good Wi selection) how could you go wrong. What we did find surprising was the kids menu... no burger?! They want to be a family pub but felt a little more bar then hoped for. There is a nice a nice outdoor seating area that looks nice and I hope they have umbrellas for sunny days. Overall we were very happy and look forward to our next visit.

Super kind bar tenders. Excellent prices. The Peanut butter habanero burger is bomb. Greatness awaits!

Great place to eat AND enjoy some great craft beer! They have over 50 beers on tap! The set up is casual and quaint. The food is great. I always get their pub grub as an appetizer it's one of my favorites!! I recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and also wants to expand their craft beer palate!

This is our Go to place for a good burger. They have great chips and the soft pretzels are my son's favorite.

This business makes there own Beer, wine and alcohol products where the diversity of what they make is kind of amazing considering the footprint/size of their facility. Relative to the tastings, these are free of charge where customers are encouraged to tip instead to show their appreciation for what they have been served. Duriing our trip here we tasted numerous spirits to include their house made gin, rum, vodka, Brandy, Bourbon and various flavored moonshines. I thought the liquors with the exception of the Moonshines were just OK but the moonshines were surprisingly quite good. These 60 proof drinks come across like a liquor based on the alcohol by volume content with a similar creamy texture. The flavor profiles are quite unique to anything I have ever tasted before where their flavors include Grandma's Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Orange Slice and Lemon Drop shine to name just some of them. Every Moonshine bottle we tasted was so tasty where I was really enamored with all of them and at the end of the day ended up buying the Lemon Drop and salted Caramel although it was hard to stop at just these two. Relative to the facility it has a non descript outer view where the inside comes across more of a typical bar venue more so than a winery/distillery which is a bit deceiving in my mind considering how much product they make here. No stacked wine barrels or a sneak peak of the Distillery or Barrel rooms to reinforce what this business is and add the cute ambiance you get at many of the wineries I visit. Relative to Staff, They were exceptionally friendly and good on the repours for our free tasting which definately added a lot to our tasting event. Overall a very pleasant time was had by our group where I see myself returning again in the future and sampling their other ware's and probably buying more moonshine!
