SO MUCH FLAVOR. Then I switched to the San Fran noodles and wow. Same thing. The cook is really great at marrying sauces, toppings, and flavors. They have a talent because I don't think I ate anything I didn't like. Special shout out to their unique fried cheese because what was that? Amazing. Such a great meal. Service was good but I don't even care about that because the food was so fantastic. We were heading back to work so couldn't drink but their beer menu also looked amazing. I'm a sour drinker and seemed to have a couple good options. Highly recommend!

Well, this time is going to rank in the outstanding column. The patrons, food and drinks were the usual, excellent. Our server, Callie, was the outstanding part of this visit. We walked in with 10 people and before we could even sit down, Callie was putting together our drink order and making sure that the games we wanted to see were on the tvs near us. When everyone had their drink in hand, Callie was right there ready to take our order. Our food came out shortly and exactly as ordered. Hot, plentiful and excellent in every way. 5 stars for Callie for making this evening one that will go in the outstanding column in my book. Thank you!

He sent go around the back of the bar put a menus on the 2 seats next to you & you'll be good. DEF not the case when this elderly couple come in with an appearance of regulars (chatter boxes with the bartenders/staf) and just pick up our saved menus from the 2 seats directly next us & sat down. I immediately jumped up & said those 2 seats are saved for a couple that were literally right behind them. They were jabbering with the 2 bartenders and my military voice must have fell on def ears. THAT piss me off. Told me friends that the fish better be the best NE Wis has to offer or my wife & I will NEVER return to pour a beer on the fire ever to save the place from going down. How friggin rude for a Friday Night Fish Fry. So we 4 took a tall still table & waited to place our food order all the whilst pounding an Alaskan red & 3 old fashions. Now mind ya I'm older then these 2 geezers but they just thought those seats had their name on them for centuries. Bollocks & Rubbishly Rude, Hope ya choke on a fix bone for your disrespect of my party. 22 mins go by we are escorted to our sit down table & I asked if anyone else wanted a top off, to which we agreed did. Sittin in front of the keg spouts clearly see me with a empty pint, and three old fashions glasses. And waited for nearly 20 mins for our second round & when I sat down to eat me walleye pike & it's as cold as it was caught right outside the pub. Im not gonna waster 4 pieces of damn fine swimmers on ignorance of the barmaids I smothered them with tartar & mayo & gobbled them done. No sorries, no apologies dididnt even ask how the fish suppa was. I'm like WTH. Our friends who live 7 miles from them were horrified. They eat there EVERY Friday & once during work week. Hell the fish we get @ Lodge Kohler seafood butter had better flavor. Nothing a few grams of Malden sea salt of both straight and smoked could have cured. None of THOSE salts were even on the menu or table. Needless to say, my wife & I will return with our freinds of 45 yrs but the hauttie tautti rubbish has got to be left at door. Just shameful. Pure Pish !!!! I'm giving the pub side 2 stars and the house sode 4 stars - the servers were a pure dead pleasure & YALDI !! They have ample bar seating and table seating. Decent amount of parking. The elevator right when you enter takes you down to the bathroom, I didn't use them so I'm not sure on cleanliness. The actual restaurant itself was very clean. Service: They have a method set up where you have multiple people assisting you throughout the entire experience. Someone to bring waters, someone to take your order and bring the check, people to bring out food. Everyone was friendly and we had our water glasses refilled once. Food: The food was okay. I'm really torn on the experience because some reviews said the food was over seasoned but ours was a weird mix. Appetizers- The cheese curds were so tiny (they were smaller than my thumb nail) that all you tasted was batter and salt. The lobster bisque was really over seasoned and it needed acid (fresh lemon wedge on the side would have been nice). It was super rich which is expected but it needed something to break it up. I think they tried doing that with the creme fraiche on top but it didn't work. Entrees- I had the lobster cobb salad and my partner had the lobster rolls. The lobster rolls were super tiny so they were still hungry when they left and there wasn't much flavor or filling. The french fries were decent, probably the best part of the meal. The lobster cobb salad was so bland. Whatever dressing they had on the lettuce tasted of just avocado, which doesn't have a lot of flavor. The lobster itself was sweet in flavor but the cooking of it felt off, it was stringy? I ended up leaving most of the salad on my plate. I'm thinking we just ordered the wrong items off of the menu based off of other reviews. But it's quite a long drive for us to come here so I can't see us going out of our way to come back.
