I had it saved but couldn't quite remember why...until we turned the corner and saw a line out the door around noon on a Sunday. Normally that might be a dealbreaker, but once we saw the food coming out, we were all in, it looked way too good to pass up. The menu is stacked: everything from sweet pastries to savory sandwiches and even pizzas on what looked like fresh, fluffy focaccia. I went with the prosciutto sandwich (prosciutto, cheese, pesto on focaccia), and it was incredible--simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. My girlfriend had the ham sandwich on a baguette, which was just as good. We were also tempted by the turkey and some seasonal options, so we'll definitely be back to try more. We couldn't leave without grabbing a couple pastries. The almond croissant was a hit (my girlfriend saved it for the next morning and loved it), and the standout for me was the cinnamon white chocolate cookie--kind of like a snickerdoodle but with white chocolate chips. Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. The vanilla custard bun was simply the right size for me (I not too long ago had just had my late breakfast so I was still quite full from it.) Perfectly brown on some of the custard on top. This Portuguese style dessert is a staple at any bakery or dessert shop. It's moist and yet the flaky out layers made the perfect sound as I bit into it. As of this writing, I haven't had the baguette yet but I can only imagine how delicious it would be (as the kind lady upfront was telling other customer that.) For a great business like GetRight's, I do the drive to get to it from my southeast Denver home. It's my utmost duty to support them.
