After my trip riding a bike in Fort Lauderdale I wanted one. Mr. Bill's Bicycles in Palmyra was the perfect place for a perfect match. This was my second bike store that Saturday and I am glad I made the trip. I purchased two bikes Jamis Boss Cruiser for my brother, and an Icy Blue Electra Townie 7 D/w. Once I heard color choice I fell in love. I bought locks, helmets and of course a bike rack! Everything you need right there. I was so thankful for Dan's and Bill's assistance putting my bike rack on my car I really couldn't wait to get it home to Jersey City. If your looking for a friendly, knowledgeable staff with a large inventory visit Mr. Bill's Bicycle. Thank you, I love my Ride!

Bill's Bikes is the best! I've purchased two top quality bikes from his shop in the past three years along with many accessories. Bill and his associates (special mention to Dave) have always given me the very best customer service and advice for maintaining my stable of human powered steeds. Bill even personally recovered one of my bikes that was stolen from my home and helped me positively identify the culprit. You'd be hard pressed to find top notch personal service like that anywhere.

Rude owner. Only sell Jamis. Doesn't live up to the hype. Just buy a bike online elsewhere and get someone on Craigslist to assemble it.

I had mounted two 72v 18650 batteries with 17AH each. It is a great ride. I had buzzed around on it several times and it was running great. Then on a long ride it crapped out. I had a buddy pick me up in his truck and take me home with my tail between my legs. I tested everything, and I couldn't find the problem. Months of trying and nothing. Then I saw a post on Endless Sphere by Victor at Vicious Cycle. He posted about fixing and building batteries. I thought I'd reach out and see if he could be of help. BOY am I glad that I did. After talking with him for about 30 minutes I realized how much knowledge he had and decided to send all my equipment down to him, rather than electrocuting myself in my basement all winter long. I sent him my controller, and three 18650 bike batteries, along with a shunt and display. He diagnosed, repaired and even built me a battery as one of mine turned out to be dead. He ordered me an AWESOME bluetooth BMS that is working great. He fixed an issue with my controller that I would have never found. He communicated with me regularly, talked me through options and gave me advice on the best solutions for the $$. He would text me photos as he found issues, or finished pieces up. When all was said and done, he shipped me back all my equipment with new connectors and a detailed outline on the proper connections. He is in Philadelphia so ground shipping with Li-ion batteries was pretty cheap and didn't take long. And as soon as I hooked everything back up, it all worked perfectly, including the bluetooth BMS on the first try. He even named the battery so in the BMS controls so when I open the app it says "Patrick's 72v Battery". He was timely with his work and very fair with his pricing. Victor is a really hard working, genuine guy who loves his trade. He is highly skilled, honest and a good communicator with his clients. I am grateful to have found Victor on Endless Sphere. I would HIGHLY recommend him to others that are experiencing issues. I will now use him for all of my e-bike / e-motorcycle projects.

Battery Explosions!…read more This guy, who isn't licensed and runs a business from the living room that he rents, had my $1600 e-scooter for a month to do a 2 day job. I rode it 25 feet and the battery shut off, smoke started coming out and then it exploded and remained in fire for 30 minutes. The fire marshall told me if the scooter was indoors it would have burned down a house. This guy is dangerous and unlicensed. Try a real store like Victory e bikes.

I send him care packages every week because he says he doesn't get what he wants to eat and he is always hungry. He asks for his food to be hot and they don't know how to make it hot and it sits in a cold transport box getting colder every morning he says their budget is $2400.00 per month for food cost to fee 100 guests 3 meals plus snacks if there is such a thing. He asks for ketchup for his eggs, nope they ran out, he asks for syrup for his pancakes, nope they ran out. Really! He said they liquidated all his assets and hired Elderguide to assist with going on Medicaid. He thinks he will someday get better and be released and he thinks he can get better, but they do not want to give him PT because there is no money for treatments. He wants to move from there and they keep saying he will be there for at least 5 months to get his Medicaid approved. He had a stroke in April. He complains to me all the time, o when I went to visit (2 hours from me) I noticed there is a nice section, in the front of the facility, newly renovated rooms, public spaces and with a cafeteria overlooking the Delaware river, it looks grand. They have him in the back section, dirty, dingy, old furnishings, small dining room, and he has been told he is only allowed to dine in the front dining room on Wednesdays. WTH! They treat everyone in the back section like second class citizens and more than one resident has told me so. He told me that the workers get into physical altercations with each other and the police have been called. He says the workers are ghetto and bullies. He has not had a good experience. He also asked to have his room changed because his roommate constantly plays the TV too loud but they will not oblige. I got him an Ombudsman from the State , but he said when they came they were buddy buddy with the administrative staff, so nothing ever became of his complaints. He also requests access to a handicap bathroom and they will not let him have access. He is just not a happy guy and he was always so happy and carefree. I hate him being there and I am trying very hard to get him moved.

Unless you are medically unfit, you can do this. Exceptional customer service sums up the team at Jim Thorpe River Adventures (aka LOC). They are extremely well organized which makes for a great trip. Everyone from the moment you enter LOC until the very end was polite, professional and wanted to make sure you have a great time. Some tips to follow: you only need to arrive 15 minutes before your group time, this allows ample time to get situated. Buy their pre-made lunch, it is well worth the 10 bucks, bring extra water on the raft (especially in the summer). Use the bathroom before you get on the bus (and be quick). They give you a dry bucket for your lunch and items, yes you can bring your phone in a dry pouch. Wear a hat and a sun shirt, it is hot and sunny, without much shade. Jump in the water when you have the chance !! If you are a "full figured" person it will be difficult to re-enter the raft, be aware. The trip down river is very safe and well organized. The guides are VERY safety aware ! If you are nervous and listen to them, the team will get you down the river without a hitch ! A few suggestions: don't go on a busy holiday weekend, it can get crowded on the river, the safety briefing takes a long time and you a sitting in the sun (remove your vest and drink water), during July and August I would imagine the water is very low and slow (if it is a dry summer)...best only if you want to have a relaxing rafting trip. Overall, a bunch of fun. The entire family had a great time.
